The only good thing about this property is it's location within the city and accessibility + parking space. We stayed here 1 night and left asap. If we weren't so tired traveling and it wasn't only 1 night, we'd have asked for a relocation.
It's poorly maintained, a lot of things are breaking down or moldy. The bathroom already has mold on the side of the shower and the tiles. We also killed a cockroach on within 5 mins of entering the property.

It’s my first time staying in hotel/transient that internet is not included.honestly the location is good but the room is not comfortable to stay.299pesos/daily for internet?internet nowadays are cheap already and you’re charging much.
The property was great! Really exceptional, you really get the value of your money. The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious. It was an excellent experience
The unit was great but we did pay a lot for the parking. The parking was the only downside regarding our stay here

I was disappointed to find that the accommodation did not provide internet access during my stay. In today's digital age, having internet connectivity is essential for staying connected and for various activities. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if internet access could be made available in the future.
the security in the free parking are not accomodating.. theres no PWD parking slot.
I like how welcoming the place and the staff is. It’s worth every peso. Would love to come back again and stay a couple more days longer.
No cell service for Globe/GOMO, while Smart sporadically hits 5G cell service. You’ll have to pay separately if you want internet access – but you’ll only get 12GB worth of data. You’ll have to pay more if it is not enough.
The staffs of the unit are very accommodating. They went to the unit late night to troubleshoot the cable/tv. AC is very cold. Sarap matulog! The view of the unit is taal lake. Super relaxing!
Only one elevator is functioning when we checked in. We did an early checked out para di hassle pag nasabay na sa ibang guest. The parking is so far. The grass parking is scary. Muntik nako kumanto sa bundok ng lupa.
Location is near to bulalo restaurant,malls and skyranch.
