Piacevole soggiorno in buona struttura! Contiamo di tornare! Consigliato!
Pros:

Bella struttura!
Appartamento curato pulito e ben arredato, con patio esterno attrezzato di barbecue.
Davanti giardini molto curati!!
Oltre la zona piscina con chiosco.
Avevamo anche l'accesso al mare con un buon punto ristoro dove abbiamo anche fatto un buon pranzo!!
Personale gentile disponibile e molto simpatico!

Cons:

Delle "strane" e poco chiare regole sul dove poter stare in piscina nei vari giorni della settimana, nonostante ciò ci abbiamo passato dei piacevoli momenti!

Die Unterkunft liegt in verkehrgünstiger Lage: in wenigen Minuten ist man per Auto in Livorno (Fähren, Besichtigungs- und Einkaufsmöglicheiten) oder auf der Schnellstraße nach Florenz / Pisa. Vom gut ausgestatteten Bungalow (WZ, separates SZ, WC/BAD; Zentralheizung (Winter!) ...)Einbauküche - leider hat der Backofen nicht funktioniert, womit wir leben konnten) ist man in 3 Minuten am weitläufigen Sandstrand ... . Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief gut, check-in und check-out problemlos. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Dias de relax
Pros:

Impresionante poder dejar el coche justo al lado de la casa. La piscina estaba justo enfrente y fue muy agradable tener la barbacoa en el mismo patio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente y toda la casa estaba genial, incluyendo camas y almohadas. La limpieza era excelente. Atardecer espectacular!

Cons:

No me gusto que la piscina cerrara a las 7 y tener que ir a por una pulsera todos los dias que cambiara de color para poder acceder a la piscina. Preferiria una para toda la estancia.

Pros:

The property is close to the beach, has private area and swimming pool. The apartments are big and equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator etc.

Cons:

The check in took one hour and after going back and forth from the hotel to the reception (200m on another road across the street), the air conditioning was not functioning which took another 30min of waiting in the room for someone to come fix it. Took another 30min to receive the WiFi password, the number listed on booking belongs to another hotel (or camping) and this made the communication even harder.
The only person that spoke English was very arrogant and instead of an apology said that i booked last minute and that’s why they didn’t bother to come to the hotel location to bring the keys. The property is something very nice and should have some quality customer service.

Pros:

Amazing great location we have stayed at many places nearby over the years along this coast and it was by far the best the apartments are great grass grounds small area not to large like some complexes it was quite as end of may they book up fast only a few units we cant get back in for the school holidays might have to go in there campsite across the road

Cons:

Staff dont speak much english but not a problem they friendly we managed the pool has strict rules which can be good but having to wear hats is not great we just not use to it in uk byt common in italy they can be bought for 2 euro from the office nothing much to not like great place weekends get more visitors of coarse but all normal for area mid week is better quieter

Location nearby the sea, resort wirh lots of greenery

Cons:

Absence of staff (for hand over the keys available at nearby camping and it's true, that our stay was in mid-october, outside the main season);
Insufficient soundproofing of the rooms, the sound from the neighboring apartement was annoying particularly in the evening and during night.

It had beach access.

Cons:

The area around the room was not clean. Looking out one window all you see is junk. It looks like people live there. They closed the pool the day we arrived. There were ants in the room.

Amazing
Pros:

Great and caring staff. Parking near the apartments. A grill is available. It is a pity that the last working day of the pool (17.09) coincided with the day of our arrival. Beach chairs are available free of charge. We will definitely recommend to our friends.
