Cons:

Room 11 , the shower was sunken , nearly fall numerous times , its very dangerous , i suggest they redo the shower . whoever books should not let them accomodate you in that room until the shower is attended to!
please do not risk becoming crippled in the particular room.

Not trust wonty they can make you sleep outside at night
Pros:

Nothing I didn't even see the building, after I have made the booking payment. I was called by one of their staff member Nombuso see told that they can see my booking confirmation but unfortunately they are fully booked than they gave me another address for of their building 25 kolometers away from them at 134 ocean view in Manzimtoti to check in, in room number 1, when I reach there the lady who is working at the reception told that she don't know nothing about that and their also fully booked. The manager was called she told me that they having a problem with booking. Com is making double bookings for them and than they promise to refund me this coming Friday.

It’s a beautiful place! You have to see it yourself.

Pros:

The cleaners were friendly and did all they could to replace the dirty room that was given to us

Cons:

The fact that the 3 rooms were separate and one of them was in a bad star should have been let out

Place good, but poor customer service from staff. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.
Pros:

Bad smell in the room, staff refused to clean my room, towels not changed, bedding not replaced, staff very rude with attitude, poor customer service, I'll not recommend the place to any people I know, because of staff rudeness, unwilling to assist and poor customer service.

staff refused to clean my room, as a result I had to sleep in a stinking room for the second night.
refused to replace towels and provide additional soap.
Refused to assist/shift me to a clean room.

Pros:

I like friendly staff service specially Mr Dunken's help on our stay. Really very good location and enjoyed my trip. Will book it again next time also. It's in center and available KFC, SPAR, Chinese shop for everything and grocery shop open till 9 pm just to opposite of lodge. Good location.
