Pros:

Rooms are comfortable and beds are nice and it is self catering with small oven, stove and microwave. Very nice.

Cons:

Toilet was running all through the night and when we checked in they said the tv broke and was removed a week ago, asked for another room but they said they were fully booked.

There can be something done with the upkeep of the place walkways have broken floor tiles.

Staff at the reception were friendly. There sort out the fridge issue after reporting.

Cons:

Many things were not okay in my unitt. TV was not working children get bored. Wifi is week, there was no toilet paper in my unit, fridge was not working, did not find plate on my arrival I had to go ask for it.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Manager went out of way to try and make our stay comfortable. No night security and guests tend to party till around 03h00 causing disturbance. Very little to NO maintenance

Cons:

For 2 days there was no hot water. We had to ask for a kettle and a microwave oven. Such stuff should come as part of the normal set up in a self catering place.

Cons:

The maintenance could be upgraded to make tiles and staircase safer for periods of wet weather. Installation of safety railings and replacement of cracked tiles.

No hot water, no Kettle in the room, no iron, bed was uncomfortable, couch were not comfortable and showers had only cold water in a cold weather and we didn't not bath from the 26 till 27 of December 2025
