A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 22:00 until 00:00. After 00:00 late check-in comes at a surcharge of EUR 100. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that the Stelvio Mountain Pass is closed from October until mid June. This means that you will have to take a longer alternative route to reach the property.

You can bring your own towels or rent them on site at EUR 6 per person per stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Cons:

La temperatura nella camera da letto era molto bassa. Faceva molto freddo. Abbiamo dormito vestiti con i maglioni pesanti, pantalini, calzi di lana.. E nonostante tutto, si gelava. Ho fatto presente alla proprietaria questo problema, ci ha proposto di aumentare la temperatura di un grado, dopo una discussione, dicendo che le risultano 21 gradi nella stanza. Ho scoperto dopo che il rilevatore della temperatura si trovava in soggiorno vicino all'angolo di cottura, dove ovviamente abbiamo cucinato e facevo un pò più caldo.

Pros:

Stuff patient, room clean and warm , nice view , easy for parking , ski dry

Cons:

The bed creaks and makes noise. It makes a sound every time I turn over, which really affects my sleep. We stayed for 3 nights with 4 people, but only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. It would be better to give one more roll, or provide them based on the number of days of the stay. Everything else was perfect.
