Pros:

Все було дуже добре: територія, природа, зручності , релакс. Тихо і спокійно. Кіт Гриша - окрема 9 з 10: тихий , старий, майже ненавʼязливий. Не женіть його , він добрий. По можливість пригостіть смаколиками . Ходив з нами на берег і, всюди 🙂 ( він не хворий , побитий в бійці з іншим котом) .Дякуємо власникам за все! Окрема альтанка з мангалом , тераса і , взагалі територія продумані до дрібниць! Respect!

Cons:

Не можу це віднести до «не сподобалося» це особисто моє: приготування їди 🙂. Так як ми були зовсім недовго ( три дні) то хотілося відпочити від плити 🙂, але рибу , овочі і стейки мій чоловік приготував чудові , тож голодними не були 🙂

Розташування дуже гарне , персонал також приємний . На другому поверсі було тепло і комфортно

Cons:

Не сподобалося те що на низу там де кухня - холодно було . Там стоїть кондиціонер він був на 30 але не міг нагріти . У ванній взагалі ніби мінусова температура . Телевізор не включався

Комфортна точка відпочинку, з якоЇ можна і не виїжджати, якщо треба просто дивтися на річку.
Pros:

Сподобалась територія, такий собі міні парк, тб можна і з собакою
погуляти і дитина на майданчику погуляє і все це зразу біля будинку. Ми були в грудні тож нікого не було і вся терріторя була наша. Будинок як студія не великий але все є.
Вихід до річки , ну в зимку там нічого робити окрім прогулянки.
Генератор працював коли не було світла.

Cons:

Вайфай не стабільний , відвалювався час від часу.
Нема де поїсти, треба все брати з собою, та готувати на кухні чи на мангалах на теріторіі.
Останній відрізок дороги (1-2 км) грунтовий,
загалом рівний доїхати можна навіть в дощ з нормальним кліренсом

Шумно. Без поваги до людей

Гарно облаштовані будиночки. Чистота. Доглянута територія

Cons:

Ми зупинялись на одну ніч. І цю ніч нам спаскудили сусіди, які заселилися годині о 11 вечора і одразу почали шуміти. Причому шум був такий сильний, що ми всю ніч не могли заснути. Я вважаю, що це прорахунок адміністрації, яка мала б попередити їх про те, що за достатньо тонкою стінкою проживають інші люди. Я не кажу вже про те, що шуміти у такий час- це пряме порушення законодавства. Яке адміністрація явно толерує. Адміністрація думає, скоріш за все, лише про доходи. Оскільки взяти з нас 400 гривень за тваринку вони не забули
