Good but not the best
Pros:

Location, building was new, stafff was cooperative

Cons:

The ACs has a lot of noise, ehich causes disturbance while sleeping,
The lights in the whole room/bathroom were really low.
WiFi was really slow
Washroom was lacking facilities for cleaning brushes
