The whole experience was really good...the hot tub, the room and the prices of drink was really good xx the man who runs the place was nothing short of amazing...really happy and friendly...we've booked it again 4 easter with the kids xxx

Staff is arrogant, hardly no sleep, also if you loved to be kept awake by running footsteps this is your hotel
Pros:

Ngl got in then upstairs flooded our bathroom, not just that had people running up and down in the apartment above last night sound like a pack of monkeys up there. Bed Sheets got stains on aswell

Cons:

Wouldn’t be stopping here again. Too noisy and yeah had to listen to drip drip drip for about 5 hours cause of the flood

It was close to everything and in a good location

Cons:

The controller for the air conditioning was missing so for the two nights we stayed there the room was very cold and a draft was coming through the balcony doors. Went to reception to tell them and weren’t very helpful about it, instead they were eating a kebab at the desk with sauce around their mouth.

Perfect location, nice staff and an ideal stay.
Pros:

Place was perfect, there was a bar just beside the apartment and it was brilliant, the barmen/receptionist was a nice enough guy and he done his job correctly.
We went as a family of 3 and our child loved it, the fold out bed could have been better but our child didn’t complain so it was good enough.
The apartment is literally a small walk away from pretty much every attraction we visited, food locations around the area aren’t scarce there are loads of choices around and they all deliver which was handy when we got back and just wanted to have a quiet drink in.
There was no noise that we heard through the apartment at night which we were a little worried about originally as it’s set out like flats but it really was an easy sleep with no noise.
They offer a late book out at the desk which is ideal as with a child we’re never ready on time haha.
Another little thing is the sarcasm they have on the information around the room gave us a little giggle, always good when businesses can tell something that’s bad in a funny way (like damaging goods or smoking in the room)

Cons:

There’s not much we didn’t like, could have been that little bit cleaner but for the money and location we couldn’t grumble.

Need to invest in lift and a deep clean.
Pros:

We had very noisy neighbours who the got arrested at 2am. We was put on top floor and when I ask to move they said no. my mum is disabled and 74 a had to do 4 flights stair to get to our room. It was very disappointing. We was told they would help with the bags and would look after them till our train, but when I went down at 10am no was there. Very disappointing.

Cons:

It needs a good clean. We went out bought cleaning products and had to sweep and wash the floor as it was dirty. They was hairs on the tile in the shower (not my colour ) They also need to hoover the stair in the hall way. They were thick dust on every stairs. It needs a women touch.

Pros:

Great location on beach front, access to bar next door was good.

Cons:

Very noisy can here people above walking around and the balcony door made a whistling noise all night from the draft,could do with a better clean was dirt all over sofas that someone had to sleep on. Air con in living room didnt work and not ideal having to leave mobile number in front window of car should just have a record of it behind reception.
