AC in all the rooms, the quiet hours, family friendliness, location, televisions in all the rooms, access to extra cleaning things if needed for the apartments and the beds were spotless.
Only 1 AC remote worked, we had 1 fork between 5 of us we did get more once we asked, had to ask for a frying pan aswell as there wasnt one in the room. The bins at bottom of the stairs could be doing with getting emptied and cleaned they were hoaching with fruit flies which made their way into the rooms. Could be doing with softer pillows.
Amazing stay, friendly staff, well presented accommodation. Staff couldn’t have done anymore than they did. Very welcoming from the get go, couldn’t recommended anymore. Will definitely be booking against. Exceptional service.
Nothing to report, had a lovely time here. For the first time we’ve visited for an overnight stay.
The property is in a great location for the south pier and pleasure beach. There is a tram stop nearby, so it is convenient for getting to the central pier, Blackpool tower and north pier.
The main bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. Even with the passive aggressive signs telling people that smoking will cost them £150 fine. The bathroom and kitchen had left over items from the previous tenants. The beds were very hard, pillows flat, bunk bed was very wobbly and the place in general looked a bit rundown.
The location was right by the beach with easy walking to the north and south piers.
The bathroom was nice and the A/C was wonderful.
The bedding was clean.
The floors, walls, and furniture were dirty.
I am not sure how this accommodation compares to others along the beach in Blackpool, they might all be alike.
I recently stayed at ApartHotel421 in Blackpool, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location, making it the perfect base for exploring everything Blackpool has to offer.
A massive shout-out to Ryan, who was an absolute legend! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, was incredibly welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made my stay extra special.
Thank you to Ryan and everyone at ApartHotel421 for such a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Blackpool, and I'll definitely be back in the future!
Location was spot on for us.
Its not clean, I took cleaning products with me as previous reviews had said the same they were right. Bedding was ok but the rest not good. There's also an automated message keeps being sent if the noise monitor hits a certain level anywhere in the building it woke me up at 3am but the noise hadnt lol
Plug socket in litre room with single bed gave me a shock as the socket ain’t screwed into wall properly and also the hanger was hanging off wall
No being zapped with electricity when went to charge my phone
Had issues with shower waste not draining away and air con remote not working report to duty manager came up and fixed the lot. Very helpful 👍👍👍

The staff member, James who sorted out the problem we had was brilliant, he really seemed to care.
The location and sea view is fantastic
The studio needed a through clean, painting and re equipping - no spoons, crockery etc.
When we arrived there were bloodstains on the mattress protector and duvet cover, the ones on the mattress protector were big and showed through the sheets however when I went to reception to tell them the bedding was all quickly changed.
These could be amazing studios with a little TLC
