Sehr schöner Mädels- Kurzurlaub, würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber und ordentlich. Modernes, neues Ambiente.
Tolle Pools mit Liegen.
Ruhige Lage - In 10 min zu Fuß im Zentrum von Bardolino.
Frühstück übersichtlich aber alles was man benötigt.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Traumhafter Ausblick com Rooftop-Pool auf den Gardasee.

Cons:

Die Appartementments sind sehr modern eingerichtet, leider - für unseren Geschmack- wenig gemütlich. Damit meinen wir wenig Deko, Teppich, gemütliches Licht ( alles sehr kaltes Licht ) , ein wenig liebe zum Detail hat gefehlt, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Im Bad gab es zu wenig Möglichkeiten seine Kosmetika abzustellen - auch Räumlich war das Bad ein wenig eng.

Beautiful, magical and can’t wait to return!
Pros:

We stayed in the penthouse house apartment opposite the sky pool. Stunning views of the lake and mountains.
The room was modern and spacious, the air con super quiet. We opted for breakfast additional 10 euros pppd it was very reasonable for a good range of breakfast options. The gardens and pools were beautiful in a very peaceful location, just a 15 minute lakeside walk into Bardilino. Don’t hesitate to holiday here.

relativ neu, enttaeuschendes Management, unzutreffende Beschreibung

Das Haus ist relativ neu und mit modernen Features ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die so genannten Balkone sind Laubengänge und erschließen zum ueberwiegenden Teil die Zimmer. D.h. jeder, der zum Pool oder zum Aufzug wollte, lief direkt über unseren “Balkon” .Wir hatten ein Zimmer als Penthouse gebucht,und in der Beschreibung stand “Balkon mit Seeblick”. Das suggeriert das auch aus dem Zimmer eins Seeblick besteht. Das war nicht der Fall. Wir haben dann gewechselt auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, was aber kleiner und eine weniger große Freifläche hatte. Im Internet wurde dies für 40 € weniger angeboten, davon wollte vor Ort jedoch niemand etwas wissen, natürlich war booking Schuld und keine Änderung möglich,. Insofern eine Mogelpackung.

Wundervoller ruhiger Ort, wo es sich ausgezeichnet urlauben lässt.
Pros:

Unser Apartment war sehr diskret an der Ecke gelegen und hatte ein kleines Rasenstück, wo die Kids spielen konnten. Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Weg in die Tiefgarage, die wir bei der Parkplatzknappheit in dem Quartier sehr geschätzt haben.
Die gesamte Anlage war picobello sauber und die beiden Pools einfach nur spitze.
Besonders nennenswert war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man wurde richtiggehend umsorgt.
Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und einen schönen Spaziergang vom Zentrum von Bardolino entfernt. Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih sind auch direkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Bei uns gab es ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, die unangenehme Gerüche abgegeben hat. Es wurde wirklich alles versucht, das Problem zu lösen. Da dies während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelang und uns aus Systemgründen keine Mietreduktion ermöglicht werden konnte, ging es Abzüge beim Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, welches aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr passte.

Fine apartment in a fantastic complex with swimming pools and great staff
Pros:

The complex, consisting of a couple of buildings with swimming pools and other outdoors facilities, is just amazing. It was so nice to hang out by the pool, swim and relax, that we did more of that than planned.
The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were always positive, helpful and ready with great suggestions for activities and solutions.
The underground parking really added to the comfort of the stay, as the car was kept cooler and there were no parking issues.
The apartment was small, but it was clean and functional. It was cleaned daily and that was done very well.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the place and nothing I am asking to change or fix. Just sharing a few thoughts on how certain things impacted us:
The apartment was smaller than we expected, so for example, the bathroom and shower were quite small, as was the fridge (which also meant it took quite some time to cool things down). The furniture was also more basic than we expected. That said, this did not really negatively impact our stay, but changed how we spent our time - less in the apartment and more out in the swimming pool areas or out in the town.
The apartment also is, as advertised, a bit away from the center of Bardolino, so it was a bit of a walk there and back, made more notable in the summer heat. No fault of the apartment, and the staff were great about suggesting alternatives, but just something to note.

War perfekt, komme wieder!!
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel. Absolut unerwartet sehr empfehlenswert!! Schöne Außenanlagen. Sehr sauber freundlich.
