Das Appartement war schon etwas runtergekommen.
Bei melnem ersten Aufenthalt ca. 2 Jahre vorher, weitaus schöner bzw. Den Fotos entsprechend.

Lage optimal - alle nötigen Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zentrale Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Küchenzeile und -geräte sehr modern.

Cons:

Im Zimmer sind die Kleiderhaken nicht ausreichend.

Wir reisten im Januar an bei Kälte und Schnee.
Schon beim Betreten der FW fiel uns auf das es schon etwas abgenutzt war und ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen nötig wären.
Das BESTE war das die Fenster nicht schließen ließen oder nicht richtig.
Wir reklamierten dies gleich, wo vermerkt wurde das dies morgen erledigt werden würde und ob wir denn auch richtig das Fenster schließen können.
Wir blieben ja nur eine Nacht und schliefen bei leicht geöffnet Fenster, nicht der Renner.
Preis Leistung, Naja, liegt zwar zentral ab da müsste einiges ausgebessert werden.
Empfehlung weiß ich nicht so Recht, müsste ich nochmals testen.
Als Kulanz bekamen wir 10% als Erstattung zurück.

Pros:

Die Suite hatte eine hoch- und neuwertige Ausstattung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Die Lage ist top. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Bahnhof und der Kurpark sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und werde gerne wiederkommen.

Der defekte Fernseher wurde nach 2 Tagen getauscht.

Cons:

Keine Ablagefläche im Bad.
Informationen zum Parkplatz erst nach einem Tag nachfragen. Davor wurde uns gesagt das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer extrem weich und ohne Lampe / Schalter am Bett.
Für 4 Personen zu eng.

Die Lage war zentral und die Wege zum Bäcker / Rewe / Skiverleih kurz.

Cons:

Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche/ Eingangsbereich und der Hotelgang dorthin hatten ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren. Es fehlte an Sauberkeit (Haare an den Kopfenden der Betten, Spinneweben an den Decken, fettige Fingerabdrücke im Bad und Küche. Eine Lampenschirm am Bett fehlte, Fernbedienung fnktionierte nicht richtig.
