First, we barely found it. Also, it is the dirtiest and most disgusting place ever, dead cockroaches inside kitchen cabinets, the last time the floor was cleaned was when people discovered the wheel, you can see in the pictures, dirty cutlery, dirty sheets and cushions, dirty furniture. Parking is terrible there is place for 3 cars but you have to block one car so they wake you at 7am to unpark so they can get out. Floor heating barely works, and owner took away the remote for air conditioner so you can't use it, when i told him he said in 2 hours it will be hot as hell - it wasn't.

Mizerie, nu recomand!

Mai nimic, dar păcat apartament frumos, mizerie mare!

Cons:

A fost foarte murdar, chiștoace pe balcon, inclusiv un pahar de plastic plin de chiștoace. Mopuri îmbâcsite, cearceafuri foarte murdare. Baia nespălata, mizerie generala!

Хигиена в помещенията. Тава с непочистена мазнина от предишни посетители във фурната. Недостатъчни за капацитета чаши,вилици, чинии. Липса на резервно спално бельо и завивки.

Апартаментът е широк и просторен с удобни легла. Има сравнително добро местоположение и е подходящ за повече хора.

Cons:

Не ни хареса изобщо това, че не беше добре почистен, а апартаментът има потенциал да се превърне в много добро място за настаняване. По време на престоя ни видяхме поне няколко хлебарки, което е недопустимо. Имаше прах в шкафовете, дори и касови бележки и различни други неща. Не ни хареса също липсата на осигурено паркомясто, тъй като апартаментът е в жилищна зона и при използване на автомобил - после много трудно се намира място за паркиране. Терасите бяха също изключително мръсни.

Locația și faptul ca aveau loc de parcare disponibil.La parter este un Mega Image.

Cons:

Apartamentul a fost murdar. Parchetul era lipicios în unele locuri, semn că nu fusese curățat de mult timp. Am avut neplăcerea să pierd ceva sub canapea și, când am mutat canapeaua, era plin de gunoi și praf. Frigiderul și restul electrocasnicelor avuseseră cândva o viață mai bună. Într-una din camere, lenjeria nu a fost schimbată sau a fost schimbată cu una murdară. Apartamentul are potențial, însă trebuie curățat.
