Great value and very hospitable place
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Good bed with TV and plenty of space. Fridge also great for water and A/C unit great for dealing with the heat. Jackson and Atij provided exceptional hospitality and would definitely stay again - would also recommend to friends and family. Will recommend to international visitors to apply for Indian driving permit to help get around on rental motorbikes.

The booking was confirmed on the app(booking.com) but when I reached at hotel they said that hotel is book.
