Pros:

Location was great. Close to centre of town without the noise.

Cons:

The apartment was relatively clean except there was a lot of dust around particularly the windows which were very difficult to open if at all.

Only disappointment was being told Booking.com had booked our stay in 2 different apartments & we had to change apar
Pros:

Kings Row is in a great position, easy walk to the beach & food outlets & a short drive to supermarkets etc
Great views , from certain units and pool & spa was very inviting
Management are great as well

Loved the close proximity to the beach.
Pros:

Location was great. The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed for a self catering family holiday. Smart TV was great.

Cons:

Only 1 air con in the lounge area. Bedrooms were often too hot to sleep (kids slept in the lounge for a week).
Main bedroom was a double bed, very difficult for two adults to get a comfortable nights sleep (expected a Queen or king in a main bedroom.
Carpet is due for replacement and has an odour.

Cons:

Dated, very basic. Booked and paid via booking.com for 5 people but after the booking was confirmed got asked if we wanted extra bedding for a fee. Declined as did not need it as the 5 year old would end up in our bed. But towels were only provided for 4 people. Also no beach towels. No oil, salt pepper etc which would have been appreciated.
