Terrific location overlooking the water.
An older unit. Bathroom has been renovated. Kitchen is a little tired.
Perfect location. Well maintained and fitted out. Extremely comfortable. Easy entry. Really grateful for prewarning re parking as it meant we didn't accept rental upgrade to bigger car.
While written instructions were good would have liked a personal response to emails regarding number of people staying. A little more generosity with essentials, only 1 roll of toilet paper, no s&p felt a bit mean.

Location and views were fantastic! Close to Kings, Bulcock, and Happy Valley and lots of close cafes. You can spend all day watching beach goers and surfers and listening to the waves
The kitchen and bathroom are nicely renovated
Poor comfort - beds, furniture, and furnishings need updating. The second bedroom is very small and the curtains let a lot of light in
Check-in difficulty - It was quite difficult checking in on a Sunday as check-in time is 2pm but the code to get in did not come in until much later making us wait around and miss out on relaxation time
Elevators in the complex would play up and not open, forcing us to try to get it to open on other levels to then take the stairs. They would also open while the elevator is moving, creating a tripping hazard
