Very Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance
Pros:

The accommodation was in a good location, with a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel and several restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We were given a different room than the one we originally booked through Booking. The accommodation had very old furniture, much of it partially damaged, and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The cabinets under the sink were very dirty, and there were stains on the couch that I’d rather not think about. The handle to the balcony door was broken, so we couldn’t even open it. Overall, we did not feel comfortable in the apartment at all.

Pros:

Comfortable, shower, tv, air con although noisy, wifi

Cons:

Noisy roosters nearby early morning, address was wrong, put in horizon 101 not the property address listed.

Cons:

La dirección que ponia en booking era incorrecta, llegamos por la noche tarde y el anfitrión no nos ayudó nada con este problema. No solo no nos ayudó, sino que encima se reían de nosotros diciendonos "no es mi problema". Terminamos muy enfadados. Desde luego, no recomiendo este lugar para nadie.

El baño sucio, olia a orina bastante. Había cucarachas por todo el edicficio.

Comfortable, priced right for what it is.
Pros:

Comfortable but outdated and in need of refurbishment. I.e bathroom door is rotting at the bottom

Cons:

On arrival, the lady we met( I don’t know if this was an agent or owner ) but made us pay an additional 200 pesos for information, felt like another Philippine scam

Pros:

Alles da was man braucht, sauber und in dieser Höhe hat man natürlich eine Mega Aussicht auf die Stadt.

Cons:

Die Wegbeschreibung auf Booking stimmt nicht. Wir standen zuerst vor einem komplett anderen Gebäude etwa 25 min. Fußweg vom richtigen entfernt. Etwas ärgerlich nach einer langen Reise.
