Pros:

No one came to see us. Rude Response from owner. Lied that her assistant waited for us while my kids and I were there talking to the guard and even went inside to check if someone was in the room waiting but no one. emailed and called the number and it is an international number no local number registered. Unreachable. I consider this as a scam

VERY BAD!!
Pros:

My kids enjoy the swimming pool and have a lot of fun there, but we can’t bring food, even though there are chairs available to sit and relax with drinks and snacks.

Cons:

Be cautious when booking this room. The place is very small, and the rooms are cramped. The bathroom is dirty, and while soap and shampoo are provided, they are used. The house slippers are also dirty, and the room is cluttered with unnecessary items, making the space feel even smaller. I was very disappointed with the room. The booking stated that it included Wi-Fi and free breakfast, but this was misleading. The ‘breakfast’ was just bread and spread, and when I contacted the owner, they told me to cook or order my own breakfast. There was no Wi-Fi at all, making the stay boring and unpleasant. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Beware of this hotel! People renting rooms are just geniuses! If you rent long-term, they try to cheat you out of your deposit!!! If you have a problem with, for example, a refrigerator or a clogged sink - they don't care! I reported that my sink was clogged and the manager responded after... 5 days!!! They inflate rental prices! I asked for an invoice at the end, but of course I didn't receive it! I haven't been to anything like this before! Be careful with this hotel!!!!!!

Not worth it
Pros:

Accessible
The host was nice and accomodating.
Rooms are comfortable enough.

Cons:

I was disappointed with this accomodation.Booked for 4nights and only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.The toilet was leaking and can smell urine.Had to mop and use chlorine.The bathroom was so small and no hot water.No bidet as stated.
Paid for breakfast included but was provided with 1pack of slice bread and peanut butter.
Wifi was so slow didn't even managed to use it and it was a pain trying to access it.
No proper dining area to eat comfortably.No washing machine.
We have to throw our own rubbish.
Paid for 4nights 16k plus but wasn't worth it.
No soundproof and it was noisy.
First ever accomodation that I felt rip off with my money and even didn't complete my stay do wasted money.

Pros:

Location was just right for Sinulog event. Checking in on the day was perfect it was so easy for us to get in no more dealing dramas with the security guards.

Cons:

I had to message and talked to booking.com staff to be able to communicate with the owner by asking their phone number 🙄. They even thought I booked the place Jan 14- 17th. Luckily they managed to fixed it. I asked if carpark is available? No answer ended up parking my car so far. Owner has been messaging me with all the questions and been answering them all the time so many times. I had booked 12days (Christmas to New Year) on the same area at Oasis but the owner was so easy to deal with no dramas at all.

Place is small and crowded with house stuff that is unecessary. Electric Kettle does not boil when you turn it on, will boil itself when it wants, sofa is broken in the middle (they placed books to have it level) very dangerous. Used shampoo and soap are still present at the bathrooam soap holder. Theres no shower door so everytime we have a shower it gets really wet.

Main bedroom aircon not working its only showing E1 means error, I did complain and was told it will be checked by maintenance (did not arrived).

Charge to Experience, Reservation Failed
Pros:

The location is near the Cebu Aurora Festival 2022 venue.

Cons:

The reservation didn't push through. We had a misunderstanding with the staff. I failed to comply with the requirements for the confirmed reservation. But they respond to my messages regarding my request for a refund.
