We liked how it is well maintained and clean. Secure + proximity to transport, shops, restaurants. Adequate amenities and easy to contact owner for assistance. We even get a welcome basket, nice touch!
The new mattress was not as comfortable as the previous one.
Me and my husband loved the whole experience:
1. Staff - very accommodating, helpful when we need to know how to get to places and where to get some pasalubong.
2. Facilities - 3 super fast elevators, pool, gym and a spa.
3. Room - very spacious, super comfortable and safe with its automatic door lock, its own complete kitchen where you are allowed to cook and a toilet and bathroom that is so clean and complete as well (clean towels, well provided toiletries, etc).
4. Bedroom - complete bedroom provided with clean beddings and a very nice view of the main road and the mall across.
5. Convenience store, Laundry shop are just by the ground floor and a mall across the road where Dunkin Donuts and food stalls are, as well as a Supermarket inside that mall and a nearby Jollibee which is just about 200 meters away.
6. Loads of drugstores around the area.
7. Hailing jeeps and taxis were never a problem, you can get them just outside the building.
8. Most of all a very considerate, responsive and warm host named Rhiz. Days before our arrival she informed us that we can book in early knowing that we will arrive Cebu early morning. There was no hassle from day 1 to our last day in Cebu. It was indeed a pleasure staying in ĥer place. Will definitely recommend and book her place again when we go back to Cebu, hopefully sooner than later.

Bed is little small
It's comfy, has everything needed for an stay and even Netflix with a big TV !
Location is number one very near the market where I can buy fresh goods, the grocery store, and the mall. Rhez the staff was so kind to get me check in so fast. There is already toiletries and welcome snacks ready for me in such a short notice. Thank you.
