Pros:

The check in and out was very well organized

Cons:

The apartment is not clean and there are some cockroaches. A bottle of water would have been very nice. The furniture is very old and need some repairment. The wifi is very weak.

My stay is all great!
Pros:

I used to live with a friend there 5 years ago!
So decided to check if still good.
And yes t is still good the (the guard are very respectable and helpful which very good for every one to feel safe and looked after)
The place is big and it was clean.
I have been to many condos but Mabolo Garden flats is worth on the $ you have so I can recommend on friends for sure.!

Cons:

I would not say don’t like but probably the toilet need to improve and the lobby itself it has been there for like 10 years and still the same so need to improve it again.(chairs and the ambience and the setting not up to standard)

Cons:

I was on the way to the property when somebody called me to inform that I was transferred to another property. It was so inconvenient to us because I’ve chosen Mabolo because it is somewhat near to the venue of our convention but ended up being accommodated to a far away place. It’s frustrating. I’ve only accepted the option because there was no enough time to look for another place besides I’ve already paid the booking with my credit card. But absolutely the service was not good.
