Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 08:45 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe stated in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

The price includes accommodations, all taxes and charges (excluding city tax and application fees), bed linen, towels (one bath towel and one hand towel), one dish towel, one bath mat, a cleaning kit, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft zum zweiten Mal einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft mit Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sowie Zugang zu einem Indoor-Pool. Ideal für Familien.

Pros:

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Appartement war sauber. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr klein, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich. Der Pool könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, ist ansonsten aber in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Betten müssen bei der Ankunft selbst bezogen und bei der Abreise abgezogen werden.

Leider kann man hier schlecht Lüften in der Nacht, da keine Gitter vorm Fenster. Und keine Klimaanlage.

Ottima base per poter visitare Colmar e dintorni, anche in bicicletta e con bambini.
Pros:

La posizione rispetto al centro del paese, la comodità dell'appartamento. Receptionist molto gentile. Letti comodi.
La piscina comoda da raggiungere da ogni appartamento, sicura per i bambini e pulita. Al coperto ma con vetrate, si può usare anche se piove. Parcheggio interno gratuito al coperto. Noi con il furgone, troppo alto per entrarci, ce l'avevamo comunque all'aperto ma dentro al cancello.
Ottimo per famiglie.

Cons:

Dover fare e poi disfare il divano letto. Ma in realtà si fa in un attimo.

Pros:

Good location, beautiful pool with rather closed area where the kids can play without worrying about strangers or cars. You have beds instead of sofas.

You don’t know in advance what do you need to bring with you: salt, oil, shampoo even hand soap and toilet paper

Pros:

emplacement parking sous - terrain bien. Jardin très agréable - Piscine les jeux de ballons dans le bassin devraient y être interdits car ils gênent les baigneurs et surtout il y a trop de bruit avec les enfants seuls sans surveillance des parents.

Le manque de personnel a la piscine afin de faire respecter les règles.Ballons,boueés , plongeons interdits.Aucunes règles respectées.Danger pour les grands et les petits qui se répètent tout au long du séjour.
