Nothing special compared to the prices it’s quiet low offering
I wanted to shave my face. I asked the reception to provide the shaving kit after saying that they don’t have it. OK just tell me that where I can buy so you can’t buy anywhere in this small city it’s OK. What can I do? She said don’t worry I would order for you. OK just order a normal Gillette… after an hour of waiting already late for my appointment some guy came and charged me with 4000 kzt for gillette heads obviously I wasn’t able to use it because I didn’t have the handle. The lady said I can’t give it back. The funny part is they were so chill about it and so relaxed about this and for Midwest like you saw the product why did you order it?
Spacy rooms, cleanliness, welcoming personnel (reception and room service)
Poor breakfast menu (only drip coffee included, machine-brewed coffee, like cappuccino or americano, served for additional fee); unwashed fruit served, unwelcoming coffee-lady (she restricted a guest to take away a tangerine after breakfast).
Fan system in the rooms is very noisy. Pillows are extremely high and hard.
The Hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The location is fantastic.
The water smells and when you want to take a bath, you see how dirty the water is. Not sure if this is because of the pipes or because of the water system…
The breakfast could be improved… things are cold, quite limited variety…
