I was charged $231 for a cleaning fee,yet the room wasn’t cleaned properly for my arrival! Floor not swept, ice maker didnt work dirty dishes. I got the room because of the hotbub in the bedroom but the jets didn’t work at all stains in tub.Tv old and blurred. No plugs for devices near bed, one showerhead broke water shoots everywhere! Totally ruined my birthday!the place is nice bit desperately in need of remodeling and upkeep! I will not book or recommend this unit.

Cons:

The TV both of them, were outdated. It’s 2026 and they have a plasma TV, we couldn’t enjoy anything on TV. The one in the bedroom didn’t work. We called downstairs for some attention on it but was told this is Air BNB property and we need to talk to owner. Also one of the shower heads wasn’t working properly. Great property just upgrade a few things.

A lot of things...since I booked with a "third party" I couldn't even get toilet paper or towels myself...my "host" had to do that. Room wasn't ready! Couldn't check in until 2 hours after check in. And was still given a whole different room. And then didn't have access to the balconies. Overall I'll give it a 5/10... definitely won't be using booking anymore. Nothing but trouble...

From the valet to the bell man the cleaning lady the person behind the desk everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back. Omg the room beyond perfect.
