Pros:

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta, hotelli oli siisti. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen, yksinkertaisia hyviä raaka-aineita. Sijainti rauhallinen ja pois keskustan vilskeestä, terassin maisemat upeat. Kävelymatka Malcesinen keskustaan kaunista rantakatua pitkin on 15-20 minuuttia. Vuokrasimme pyörät hotellilta, joilla kulku keskustaan sujui vielä helpommin.

Cons:

Ei valitettavaa, hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Majoittuisimme mieluusti uudelleen.

Ein Katastrophe, wir sind nach der ersten Nacht wieder Abgereist.
Pros:

Frühstück war nicht dabei.

Cons:

Das gesamte Quartier war ein einziger Raum, das Bad und Toilette im Keller, 5 stufen hinunter, der Schlafraum war im Zwischenstock oben, 5 stufen hinauf. Der Garten ist die reine Wildnis. Der Strand ist nur über eine endlose Stufenreihe erreichbar.
In der Beschreibung wird nichts davon erwähnt, die Fotos sind ein Witz.
Auf der Terrasse lärm vom Pool, man hat definitiv keine Ruhe.

La zona e' molto bella, pulita e con molti servizi e attivita'.
Pros:

Buona posizione sia per collegamenti interni che per la riva del lago, zona ben servita. Tutto raggiungibile a pieni o in bici.

Cons:

La prenotazione tramite Booking.com prevedeva e confermava la presenza di bagno completo di bidet, tuttavia all'arrivo segnalavamo la mancanza ma nessuna opzione e' stata valutata o proposta per sopperire alla mancanza. Abbiamo quindi passato il soggiorno nell'appartamento lato vista montagna senza bidet. Nessuno sconto applicato, nemmeno una colazione offerta.

God frokost
Godt brød og god variasjon i pålegg.
God kaffe og også kaker for de som liker det til frokost.

Nice location, easy access to the lake promenade, nice restaurants near by and the kite rental just few minutes walk.

Cons:

Bad smell from the bathroom, especially in the morning, when other bathrooms in the hotel were busy.

Traumhafte Lage und ein gigantischer Ausblick vom Balkon. Sehr nettes Personal. Appartements frisch renoviert und blitzblank sauber. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.
Lage perfekt, man kann der Promenade direkt nach Malcesine in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten laufen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf Malcesine. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Dankeschön für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Super clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, and friendly staff. Nice small beach just in front of it.

Cons:

There is nothing to do with the property, but it's about a 25-minute walk to Malcesine Town centre, and we didn't mind as it meant a quieter night.
