Property had potential, but poor upkeep and missing essentials made for an unpleasant stay
Pros:

property yard and overall outdoor feel is nice. personnel require a nudge to get things done but they were overall helpful.

Cons:

The stay simply felt cheap and neglected. The lighting was poor, the Wi-Fi was weak and often unavailable, there was mold in the shower and bathtub, and we encountered more than 15 cockroaches during our stay. Basic essentials such as dish soap, paper towels, and clothes hangers were also missing. Overall, it gave the impression that the owner has invested very little attention in maintaining the property or ensuring a comfortable experience for guests.

Résidence bien située au calme, à la sortie de Marrakech. Excellent accueil d' Icham qui nous a proposé un autre appartement dès le lendemain de notre arrivée car nous avions un climatiseur dans une des chambres hors-fonction et deux autres soucis dans l appartement. Manque aussi nombreux accessoires/équipements dans les logements, il faudrait les équiper pour les prochains vacanciers. Icham a toujours été à nos petits soins tout au long de notre séjour, d une extrême gentillesse ! La piscine est top, ouverte 24/24. Les jardins sont très bien entretenus où l on entend les chants d oiseaux tout au long de la journée. Icham et le personnel font de leur mieux pour les clients, c est au gérant d améliorer cette résidence.

Cons:

Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Climatisation qui tombe en panne. Un refresh serait nécessaire

Leuk verblijf! Goede uitvalbasis om Marrakesh en omgeving te verkennen.
Pros:

We hadden een prettig verblijf.
Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het zwembad is heel aangenaam.
Het ontbijt, tegen betaling, is een aanrader.

Cons:

In de beschrijving stond dagelijkse schoonmaak, dit is niet het geval. Ze doen dit wel als je ernaar vraagt. Maar elke dag zouden de vuilbakjes toch eens leeggemaakt moeten worden.

Regelmatig zagen we kakkerlakken. Maar dit heb je overal in Marrakesh. Ze waren heel behulpzaam om de kakkerlakken weg te nemen.

Het appartement was heel goed en heel comfort, het is een heel rustige omgeving om te mogen relaxen en de eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en zelfs het personeel ook heel vriendelijk .ik raad het voor honderd procent voor de mensen die graag tot rust willen komen . Great value for money, gorgeous pool and villas away from the noise of the city.
Pros:

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay!! My group of 5 women felt so safe and well taken care of, from extra pool towels to security checking every vehicle the staff took care of us throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is great value for your money!

Cons:

The road to enter the villa is quite rocky so you’d definitely need to be picked up by vehicle which would be a 20 minute drive to the square Jema El-fnaa.
