Very poor experience

Very noisy other guests util past midnight, we could hear upstairs walking about sounded like elephants. Doors banging, there are lots of flats there and you can hear everything. Nowhere to put your clothes in the bedroom, only a wardrobe, no chair or anywhere to put folded clothes, no draws. Very thin pillows, no pillow protectors, soft memory foam mattress, too soft for me. When we wanted to leave a day early the owners would not answer the door, they live next door, or even answer the phone. Very poor customer service.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean . The apartment had everything you needed during a stay.
The hosts were very welcoming and easy to contact should you need them .

A gem of a place!
Pros:

In the area with family for a sporting event, our more usual premier inn was fully booked. Came to booking.com to look for alternatives. Buile Hill Holiday Flats seemed to fit the bill and i quickly booked.. i booked the top floor family room. Its a beautiful and well kept flat with everything you could wish for, a well kept and fully equipped kitchen with good sized table. 2 lovely and immaculate bathrooms, spotlessly clean. Such a friendly greeting from the host. Televisions, comfortable lounge furniture, 2 great bedrooms, so many little extra touches thought of. So much better than we could have imagined. I have already recommended to others.

Lovely owners who should be proud of their holiday let.
Pros:

The property was well equipped with plenty of space. Well set out and was truly home from home. Dog friendly too which was a huge bonus as we start our adventures with our little baby.
