Good accommodation, with exception of a couple of niggles.
Pros:

Central location, homely presentation. My only criticism if criticism is the word, is that I am tall and well built I found the shower very small also, the lack of television in the bedroom was missed.

Cons:

Small shower, which is also electric and difficult to regulate. Also, a television in the bedroom would’ve been appreciated.

Our now go-to accommodation when staying in Llandudno!
Pros:

Second stay this year after many stays in Llandudno and this place is our now go-to place to book going forwards.
Lovely, comfortable, bright accommodation, a nice, quiet residential area and that added touch of a personal welcome and even a Bonio for our four-legged guest. We'll be back again for sure!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the property, always a shame to come home!

We had a fantastic stay during Christmas - 2 adults and 2 dogs, very central location, cleanliness, modern amenities, great host, and a comfortable, quiet environment. We will definitely book again, many thanks

Location very good and accommodation also very good
Hosts are very nice and warm and attentive

Cons:

No instructions re New cooker installed yet in booklet of instructions only 1st page devoted to accommodation the rest of book was local cafes and things to do. Also apart from bedrooms and bathroom heating was not on and during cold period it was not very pleasant. Heater was supplied by host yet this was broke.
Feel hosts could have supplied instructions on various items ( cooker, TV, and regulated heating) okay in good weather but very cold in winter months. We've stayed various times over past years and always had good stays in same flat, Living room very big so radiator standing behind large sofa was not generating enough heat to be efficient.
