The place has everything you need, a full kitchen.
Pros:

The location of the property was right inside the town of Mazamitla. Easy to move and everything is super closed.

Cons:

The only thing I my sheets had holes, they were cleaned but holy. The bathroom under the toilet had dust and it was a bit dirty so it made me wonder. Other than that. Everything was great

I would not stay there again and I wouldn’t use this app for future bookings

It was in a good location , close to everything

Cons:

When I arrived the room the toilet had pee and the drain smell bad, I couldn’t flush the toilet properly, the owner stopped to check and said it was fine and that I was “too picky” it turns out it takes a while for the water system to load and be able to flush it. The managers hotel a woman told me it was the new system they installed to save water. I asked if I could be in another bedroom, she told me they where booked for the holidays and that I was going to be the same, she didn’t believe me the toiled wasn’t clean and that it smell bad when I arrived and told me no one complained in the past, which is odd because I just read the reviews and everyone complains about how it stinks, I said if I could get a refund but it had to be done through booking which was true, that was another bad experience they wouldn’t answer to my messages immediately , they tried to contact her but none of the representatives speak Spanish, when I finally found someone who was a Spanish speak the call drop on her, I did not want to spend my vacations trying to reach out to representatives, the cancellation policy should be a lot easier, if customer is not comfortable on the location they should be refunded immediately, anyways I let go because I wanted to enjoy my vacations and not argue for my time there, there’s room for improvement for staff hotel and booking customer service

Beautiful room with modern/rustic twist and great views
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and room. We had the Junior suite with fire place. It was more like a full size suite, with a good size separate bedroom, full kitchen and ample living room. Great views from the balcony as well. It as on the third floor so pack light :)

Cons:

Parking was off site, not too far but a little complicated.

Superb
Pros:

The room was large and had a kitchen and a large terrace. The location was also good, within walking distance to the main plaza.

Cons:

The shower was not good as the water did not heat well and there was little water.
