Decently located property with insufficient heating
Pros:

The location was good. In general the property was good.

Cons:

Before we reached the property, we informed the property about our time of arrival. When we got there there was no one and we didn't know the code for the building entrance and apartment keys. When we tried to reach the property via phone/message no one responded. I tried almost 50 times calling the property without any success. We had two small kids and we were waiting in the cold weather and we're unable to contact the property. Upon contacting Booking.com, the property called us back 2 hours later. They blamed Booking.com about the miscommunication. While booking told clearly on the phone that it was entirely upon the property to provide us the code and the keys. When we entered the apartment, we noticed all the windows were opened. It was almost 0 degree Celsius outside and all the windows were opened. The heaters were not working to it's fullest capacity. We all were absolutely freezing in the night with little kids and they weren't enough blankets in the room. They were provided next day.

Tout était très bien.
Un canapé aurait été bienvenu s'il on serait resté plus longtemps ainsi qu'une télé qui fonctionne.

Ideal para estabelecer como base para uma visita a Baden-Württemberg ou à Alsácia.
Pros:

O apartamento estava bem equipado, como mobiliário sóbrio, mas adequado.
O aquecimento estava ligado e a temperatura esteve sempre ótima.
A cozinha estava muito bem equipada.

Cons:

Não houve nada que eu não gostasse.
Tal como já partilhei com o meu contacto através de mensagem privada, apenas o WiFi precisa de um "improvement" pois é muito fraco.

Pros:

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit besonderer Geschichte in sehr guter ruhiger Lage von Offenburg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung beim nächsten Besuch wieder mieten.

Cons:

Das Bett im Wohnzimmer sollte man lieber durch ein gutes Schlafsofa ersetzen. Dann würde es noch gemütlicher werden.

Great place in a great place!
Pros:

The location is amazing, we parked the car outside the apartment block in the allocated bays and didn't need it again until we left.
Check in was simple and well explained, with no issues at all.
The apartment was spacious clean and had a well equipped kitchen, with dining area next to it in the hallway. Perhaps a microwave would have been useful, but everything else was there for use, i even located the ironing facilities in a cupboard on the balcony.
Very nice bed, good shower room. Would recommend, its a great place, in a great place!

Cons:

The living area let the apartment down in our opinion.
There is only a metal day bed to sit on to watch TV, which is not comfortable and made a lot of squeaky noise.
More cushions or even just a better sofa bed would make this place top notch.

Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, sehr stadtnah und trotzdem nachts überaus ruhig. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Haus, fußläufig sind Geschäfte und Restaurants zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider wirkte die Einrichtung der Küche wie zusammengesammelt auf dem Flohmarkt, nichts passte zusammen. Auch die Stühle waren irgendwie wahllos zusammengewürfelt. Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der zweiten Schlafmöglichkeit gebucht, diese bestand laut Beschreibung aus einem Schlafsofa. Es war jedoch ein merkwürdiges Ikea-Einzelbett, dass bei jedem Atemzug ohrenbetäubend geknarzt hat. Im Bad fehlt es an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer hatte keine richtigen Ablagefächer und nur vier zusammengewürfelte Bügel, das ist wirklich zu wenig für zwei Personen. Bei dem Preis hätte ich von der Ausstattung irgendwie mehr erwartet.
