O único senão que aponto foi termos tido problemas com a televisão por cabo que não funcionou durante 2 dias, mas a gerência ofereceu uma troca de apartamentos.

Dommage d’avoir un potentiel si grand et de le rabaisser autant à cause de personnes irrespectueuses.
Pros:

L’appartement est de bonne qualité dans l’ensemble et il est à proximité de tout.

Cons:

Le personnel de l’accueil est incompétent. Ils ne savent pas trouver de solutions à des problèmes peu complexes. Ils se permettent des propos très inappropriés envers les clients alors qu’ils sont en tort… Comme par exemple, «oui c’est normal d’avoir du retard. Maintenant attendez ici ou faites quelque chose dans la ville pour attendre que nous ayons terminé» et ça après nous avoir dit plusieurs heures de check-in qui s’avéraient fausses et non respectées. Nous devions rentrer dans l’appartement à 14:00 puis on nous a dit 15:00… et finalement nous avons pu rentrer dans l’appartement à 16:20 soit deux heures vingt après l’heure qu’ils nous avaient donné à notre arrivée.
De plus, la caution DOIT être payée en cash ? Étrange…

great location and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was super nice and helpful
The swimming pool is definitely a vibe !
The apartment was super big ! And honestly you just can't beat this location

Cons:

The AC was only in the living room/kitchen area. Everywhere else in the apartment was super warm and no way to cool it down, it's a real struggle when it's hot, forcing you to sleep on the couch sometimes.
The stay was also over prices for what we get, the kitchen and bathroom were new~ish but the rest of the apartment was old. However, that's the price to pay when you come during the Portimão Afronation Festival
