Apesar das questões relatadas acima deu tudo certo!
Pros:

O apartamento é bem espaçoso

Cons:

É necessário fazer Pix de um valor considerável diretamente para a conta da anfitriã, o que gera certa insegurança (o valor foi restituído corretamente ao final da estadia).
Todas as questões devem ser resolvidas diretamente com a anfitriã. Chegamos com um grupo minutos antes do horário do Check- in e o funcionário do hotel nos disse q somente seria possível liberar o no acesso mediante aprovação da anfitriã que não se deu de forma imediata(todos q reservaram direto com o hotel foram para os quartos e nós tivemos que deixar as malas na recepção).
As toalhas e os itens de higiene não são substituídos (ficamos 3 dias).
Não é disponibilizado toalhas para piscina /sauna e o hotel tb não fornece informando q deve ser solicitado para anfitriã. Algumas toalhas estão bem velhas.

Pros:

Nada. Me senti caindo em um golpe. Me surpreendeu pois nunca pensei em passar por isso em uma reserva efetuada pelo booking.

Cons:

Foi lamentável está hospedagem. Empresa NIPS é desonesta e desleal. Como ela consegue estar no booking. Providencias jurídicas já estão sendo tomadas. E sequer disponibilizam NF pelos serviços. Surreal.

Pros:

Acomodação limpa, organizada e confortável. Bem localizado.

Cons:

A falta de informações no decorrer da reserva geraram desconforto. Tive que desembolsar R$1.000 sem prévia comunicação. Isso deveria estar bem anunciado antes da reserva ou inserido no aluguel.
