Pros:

good location

Cons:

the main double bed is really small, and there is no bedroom, the bathroom is the only place where one can have some privacy in this property.
Maintenance was lacking, the bathroom sink was spilling water from underneath and it was clogged.
No usable electric outlet near the main bed.

Great location, decent apartment, but a lot of annoying things.
Pros:

The location was great. Breakfast too but had to be paid.

Cons:

I looked for a "cancelation-free" option and got this flat. After confirming the reservation, I received an email saying I should pay the total price more than 15 days before my arrival. Besides, I couldn't pay with my preferred credit card method and had to contact the owner through WhatsApp and an extended audio thread. I only got bath towels and no face towels. The apartment lacked painting on one wall. And I only had access to decent wifi inside the room. The one outside wasn't the owner's responsibility and was terrible.

Property was good but the owner’s behaviour was very bad. She didn’t even accept payment by card. She was very rude & not ready to accompany our requests.

Very accomodating place in Sao Paulo
Pros:

The location was super central, the rooms were tidy and the reception was very welcoming! Also the parking service was amazing. The host was super helpful and was there for us if we ever really needed help. Also you have to pay via Paypal for international people ;).
