Pros:

Localização muito boa para quem irá ao Allianz Parque

Cons:

Optamos por esse local por conta da vaga de garagem, porém, chegando lá não havia vaga, precisamos pagar um valor abusivo em um estacionamento na mesma rua, ainda um "prestador" de serviço adentrou ao quarto antes do checkout, péssima experiência

Bom mas não usaria denovo
Pros:

Demorou um pouco mas deu tudo certo, perto de 30 minutos, tive que falar com anfitrião e resolveu problema

Cons:

Por ter um predio novo sendo construido ao lado o ruido começa as 06 da manhã, predio quase em frente ao Allianz mas com um problema de estacionamento terrível e não há recuo na via, sendo assim há problemas para ir de carro e sim problema com mofo no banheiro, apesar de novo tem que melhorar a impressão e limpeza.
