Pros:

The location near UiTM Shah Alam, suitable for short stay for convocation. Scenery is very good. Host gave instructions on how to check in (where to collect keys and parking).

Cons:

We can’t on the television and host gave unclear instructions about the tv (there are 3 tv remote control). Light in the living room a bit dim because one of the lamp is broken. Host takes time to reply messages.

I saw several complaints from others but i thought the owner took care of it, sadly no.
Pros:

The location is great. Easy access to tge mall and theme park. Easy to get food and very convenient

Cons:

The door of one of the bedroom cant be locked. The ceilings got stains like leakage, the curtain and bedsheet is kinda dirty. The towel should be changed to a new one, stained from overused clorox i guess. The moment you enter the house, the smell is not so good. Some of the furniture is not in a good condition, especially where the leakage used to happen

Lokasi baik, mudah untuk mencari makanan di sekitar kawasan

Cons:

Tidak sediakan kemudahan siaran TV (Netflix/lain-lain siaran ) Tiada TV BOX. Setelah diminta juga tidak berusaha menyediakan.
Katil dua tingkat di bilik kedua berbunyi dan tidak selesa tidor.
Sofa berbau.

Cons:

Smelly, there are a lot of defect especially leaking ceiling and plumbing. The toilet and bedsheet are quite smelly, please improve this. The actual property is different compared to picture.

Location .

Cons:

Too many penalty . Depo issue refund late & tmerepek . Tak berkenan . No wonder late refund depo maybe kena focus cari salah utk kenakan penalti . The rules quiet nonsense . If smua nak homestay tenant yg buat xyah charge servis fee lah bos 😪
