Pros:

Am stat la apartament cu dormitor, living si bucătărie, mi a plăcut ca a avut toate facilitățile incluse, inclusiv masina de spalat rufe daca călătorești multe zile si vrei sa le speli, loc de parcare, liniște, aproape de centrul orasului, nu ne-a deranjat nimeni, camere spatioase, căldură, pat confortabil. Raport calitate pret ok, gazda amabila.

Cons:

Daca s-ar acorda puțin mai multa atentie la detalii si curățenie locația ar fi 10 din 10, cateva panze de paianjen, dar nimic murdar sau deranjant.

Pros:

Doamna foarte receptivă. Am găsit camera curată, cu bucătărie dotată cu tot ce e nevoie. Raportul preț calitate corespunzător. Am beneficiat și de loc de parcare în curte. Când vom mai avea nevoie de cazare în Satu Mare cu siguranță vom mai apela.

A fost liniște, curățenie, eu soția și copilul am stat într-un apartament mare spațios dotat cu toate cele. Gazda a lăsat ceai, cafea foarte frumos! Ne-a lăsat chiar să parcăm în curtea lui. Prețul excelent, îmi pare rău ca nu am știut de locul asta mai devreme. Modalitatea de check in simpla.

Este a doua oară când ne cazăm aici. Șederea noastră de o noapte în acest apartament a fost foarte plăcută. Apartamentul este curat, bine dotat și totul funcționează foarte bine. La baie sunt prosoape și gel de duș, iar în bucătărie există frigider, microunde, ustensile necesare, aparat de cafea și cafea. Deși la intrare a fost puțin frig, aerul condiționat și-a făcut rapid treaba, chiar a devenit prea cald. Patul este confortabil, zona liniștită, iar comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte bună.
Gazda este foarte înțelegătoare, ne-a venit în ajutor să ne trimită prin curier niște lucruri rămase (uitate) acolo. Recomand cu încredere această cazare.
