虫を気にせず安く泊まりたいならあり。
Pros:

室内は不満なく綺麗でした。

Cons:

ベランダは亀虫の死骸祭り。高層でしたが窓を少しでもあけると亀虫が飛んでくる。5月初旬です。
エレベーターが1機しかなくチェックアウト30分前でも10分近く待ちました。狭くて5人ぐらいでいっぱいです。

期待通りで満足です。
Pros:

3回目の利用でしたが、スタッフの方の対応もよくロケーションも最高でした。
部屋風呂のミラブル、部屋から外が見えるのも気に入っています。

Cons:

夕食の鶏鍋の鶏肉が解凍が間に合っていなかったのは少し残念でした。
部屋にあるゴミ箱から臭いが出ているのが気になり、こちらは是非改善していただけたら嬉しいです。

Sehr toll und praktisch eingerichtetes Apartement. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! In 5 min. zu Fuss am Strand.

Cons:

Es gibt nur einen Lift für das ganze Haus. Am Morgen kann es lange dauern, bis man runter kommt.

カメムシさえ多くなければ大変満足です。
Pros:

部屋が2部屋あり、孫達は凄く広いベッドに喜んでのびのびと宿泊出来て楽しむ事出来ました。

Cons:

カメムシが多くてベランダの窓開けること出来なかった。部屋にも何匹か入って駆除するのに大変でした。殺虫剤とかあれば良かったのに。

チェックインに際してオンラインの手続きが必要、しかし鍵の受けまたしは対面が必要。
中途半端に感じた。どちらかに統一して欲しかったかな。完全に対面不要でのチェックインができたら言う事無かった。
