Maison Leab

Everything was literally perfect. I am used to stay in 5-stars hotel all around the world and Maison Leab has exceeded my expectations at all levels. The staff is super professional and warm, the swimming pool is spotless and the 2-bedroom apartment was just perfect for my little family! Super modern and convenient, great TV (which is not always the case in other hotels), and having the big fridge and kitchen was a big plus for us. The little attentions at our arrival with fresh young coconuts were more than welcomed especially with Siem Reap being super hot these days. I can only recommend this little oasis paradise to anyone visiting Siem Reap, it’s close to centre while not being too noisy, which was ideal with our toddler. Will definitely stay again whenever I come back to Siem Reap 🤗

This is a charming, quiet and welcoming small hotel in a central location. The well-insulated spacious rooms offer pleasant views of the city including above the rooftops. Even by Cambodian standards, the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Free tuk-tuk rides to and from the hotel are available at dinnertime.

When you are sad to leave a hotel, you know it has been a good stay! Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff so gentle and caring both the front of house team and the housekeeping service. The King/Super-King bed was absolutely wow! The quality of the fixtures and fittings in our double deluxe room (202) was outstanding. Excellent kitchen facilities, super comfortable bed and fabulous spacious bathroom with freestanding egg bath as well as a wonderful rain shower. Luxury toiletries are refreshed every day and beautiful bathrobes are also provided. To be welcomed with fresh flowers in the kitchen and the bathroom was really special as well as a large bowl of fresh fruit and fresh coconuts to drink. There is a complementary tuk tuk / remorque service from the hotel into town on request between 6–9 p.m. every day; the transport around town with the Grab app is super cheap and normally cost us around 83p to get back! The spacious balcony overlooking the pool area with super comfortable chairs was a delight; like being in a mini oasis along with the beautiful 10m swimming pool and accompanying sun lounges which were super comfortable too! We had our breakfast on the balcony every day. The apartment is very well sound insulated with double glazing. Laundry is a reasonable $3.50 per kg and can be done same day coming back wrapped and so fresh. The location really is perfect and there are plenty of local restaurants and cafés as well as a local mini supermarket a few doors down for some essentials. This really is the most exceptional excellent value aparthotel-style accommodation that we have ever experienced, anywhere. To top it off, we were presented with a parting gift which actually made us quite emotional - these beautiful people just keep on giving. Well done team.

A combonatuon of old European Quality wirh Cambodian Charme makes This Little Hideaway unforgettable. Everything is lovingly made. A Lot of space n the Appartement, Avery nice pool, gentle Staff gives one a feeling of being Home. Perfect for 3-4 nights or 3-4 weeks. A Siem Reap Accomodation-Pearl.

Alles was fantastisch! De suite was groot, erg mooi, goede faciliteiten en enorm schoon. Housekeeping was erg goed. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam, professioneel, vriendelijk en gezellig.
Het zwembad is heerlijk en het Maison is prachtig.

Loved Maison Leab. We had the single downstairs pool view suite. Very large, very comfortable, well appointed and furnished with some gorgeous,thoughtful touches - a bowl of fresh fruit on arrival, and fresh flower arrangements of lotus flowers and plants everywhere. And all the staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. A special mention for William, who made sure our arrangements were right and was particularly mindful of security in the further afield places we wanted to visit, with the sad situation of conflict with Thailand. A massive, huge bonus and treasure was their tuk tuk and the lovely driver,Tiet. We were lucky to be able to book him for a number of rides around Siem Reap and the temple complex. Warm, very interesting and knowledgeable and ever patient with my photographs. Be sure to book him

Can't be much happier with the stay. The location, the room, the complex are all top notch. On top of that the team made my stay extremely comfortable and I felt welcome all the time.

How the staff treated me and my family was fantastic 10/10. The service is extremely nice. Unforgettable! To highlight: At our arrival, they took time to explain us the room and its amenities, and they seat with us at the kitchen with a map explaining us the city and what we could do around! Fantastic.
The appartment 10/10 comfortable and calm, we didn’t experience any noise!

Beautiful place. A little out of the hustle and bustle. 10 minute walk to main streets or a $2 tuk tuk. Staff are lovely. Thanks to William and the the gang.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, geräumiges und sauberes Apartment mit einem herrlich komfortablen großen Bett. Um in Ruhe viel besichtigen zu können, wohnten wir acht Tage im Maison Leab und haben dort jeden Moment genossen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt inklusive des schönen, mit Salzwasser (statt Chlor!) gefüllten blitzsauberen Swimmingpools. William und sein Team übertreffen alle Erwartungen an einen solchen Aufenthalt - sie sind bestens organisiert, sehr, sehr freundlich - frisches Wasser und exotische Früchte im Zimmer - und hilfsbereit und haben viele gute Tipps, einem den Aufenthalt in Siem Reap noch schöner zu gestalten von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten über Restaurants bis hin zu kulturellen Events. Das Hotel bietet abends einen kostenlosen Tuk Tuk Transfer in das quirlige Zentrum Siem Reaps (ca. 2 km entfernt), sowie Organisation von Transfers zu den Tempeln oder eBike/eScooter Verleih. Die Lage ist zentral und günstig gelegen zu den Tempeln. Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Kambodscha ist das Maison Leab fest eingeplant.
