The lack of comunication
The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, really close to the beach and pool. Quick taxi drive to Red Hook for groceries and shops. Taxis always available. the Condo was a perfect size for the two of us. The balcony has a great view of the water and marina. Lots of towel and the condo was clean.
The condo is a bit dated and cluttered could have a little bit of an update and decluttering. But we really didn't spend much time there except to sleep. The kitchen was missing some basic eg. salt/pepper..frying pans but overall functional for what we needed.
The condo was change at the last minute, which made it confusing we end up in crystal bay condo. The apartment was huge and bigger than what i expected, so that was nice, plus so close to the beach in fact almost in front of it by just a few step.
One of the bathroom where the bathroom tub was the water was cold, plus Wi-Fi work for one day of our stay. We also had a few black out in that area. They said it wasn’t their fault, but wish they had warn us that it happens once in a while in that area.
Location was great and had easy access to beach and restaurants. Beach chairs, towels, and noodles were provided. Nice to have a balcony and beautiful view.
check in was a little confusing...didn't know the unit where we were staying and how to access. lucky that the office was open and able to assist. If had arrived later, the office would have been closed.
We were upgraded to a Crystal Coves unit, which was right on the beach. Great location. Unit was clean and quiet and had all the necessities for cooking some of our own meals. TV didn't work, but the manager, Adele, came and fixed it right away. Beach was fabulous, but not much to see snorkeling.
Parking was a bit far from our particular "D" unit. Showers were rain showers that didn't provide great flow/pressure.

Nice studio apartment with balcony a short walk from the beach. Laundry on premises, restaurant, parking, all very convenient. Basic amenities provided, plus beach towels and chairs. Grocery store a short drive away. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, and the staff were responsive.
Check in was a little confusing - have to go into a separate resort to find the office. Call ahead if you can.
