Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Lage hervorragend. Museen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Können wir weiter empfehlen.

Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten außergewöhnlich gut. Geschichtsträchtiges Haus mit sehr interessanter Architektur.
Alles sauber, Liebe zum Detail, gemütlich.
Die Einrichtung stilvoll,es hat in der Küche an nichts gefehlt.
Der Ausblick genial,alles fußläufig schnell erreichbar,
Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr nett,es wird alles ausführlich erklärt.
Wenn Übernachten in Stralsund,dann hier :)

Der Urlaub war zu kurz, kommen wieder für länger :)

Die Lage ist Super 👍, guter Ausgangspunkt um Stralsund und Umgebung zu Erkunden 😎
Pros:

Die Zentrale- und Trotzdem Abends bzw. Nachts Ruhige Lage der Wohnung (man kann gut bei geöffnetem Fenster Schlafen) . Die Gute bis sehr Gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft und die Größe, besonders die Höhe des Wohnzimmers ist beeindruckend 😊

Cons:

Es gab keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft um sein Gepäck aus- bzw. einzuladen. Das wird dann Schwierig, wenn man etwas mehr Gepäck mit sich führen muss (Medizinische Gerätschaften). Falls man Glück hat ist gerade ein Öffentlicher Parkplatz vor der Tür Frei ansonsten muss man sich kurz ins Halteverbot stellen und Hoffen das Gerade in diesen Moment keine Politesse vorbei kommt. 😉
Ein Raum zum Sicheren abstellen von Fahrräder wäre auch nicht Schlecht gewesen, aber alles gut, das ist nur eine Anregung für die Zukunft, falls die Möglichkeit besteht.

Pros:

Lage war echt gut,alles in der Stadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen Katzensprung bis ans Wasser entfernt. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

In der Straße war eine Baustelle, also zeitig Lärm.Dagür kann der Vermieter aber nix.

Relaxing spot for a few days in Stralsund
Pros:

The apartment was well-stocked and comfortable, on a quiet street that was still very convenient to the harbor and the lovely old town shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the apartment and would stay there again in the future.

Jederzeit wieder - es war rundum gelungen.
Pros:

Ziemlich zentrale Lage in der Altstadt mit dem Parkplatz "um die Ecke". Hafen, Alter Markt, Gaststätten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ruhig, großzügig geschnitten und komfortabel ausgestattet. Freundliche Gastgeber, die sich kümmern und den Aufenthalt angenehm machen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in idealer Lage
Pros:

Ferienwohnung in Toplage. Sehr guter Bäcker und Pizzeria nebenan. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Cons:

Das Futonbett ist etwas für Schläfer, die es hart wollen.

Pros:

Schöne helle Saubere Wohnung im zentraler Lage. Restaurants und Supermarkets in der Nähe erreichbar. Freundlicher gastgeber.

Cons:

Esstisch mit Barhocker sehr schwer zu nutzen, besonders wenn Kinder dabei sind.

Wasserkocher war leider verkalkt. Wir haben ihn selber entkalkt um zu benutzen. Toaster voll mit Krümel.

Sehr klobige, schwer zu bewegende Sessel. Diese und die Couch mit Plastikbezügen. Ungewöhnlicher, hoher Esstisch mit Barhockern.

Supernette überschaubare Stadt die immer einen Besuch wert ist
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt war ideal für alle möglichen Unternehmungen in und um Stralsund. Die Wohnung in dem historisch Gebäude (mit Aufzug) war überwältigend. Die Fischbrötchen (mit eingelegtem Bismarkhering) hier in Stralsund sind unübertroffen. Der Hafenbereich ist absoluter Anziehungspunkt. Kulinarisch hat uns das Schifferhus am besten gefallen - nette Lage direkt am Wasser.

Stylish, Elegant, Central and Good Value
Pros:

A very stylish, high-ceilinged living/bed room with big windows overlooking the attractive market square - lovely space to stay - an appartment in former late 19th-C hospital. Convenient chemist across the road, excellent pizzeria on corner of the street, and bakery round the corner for take-away orange juice, coffee and croissants! The host was accessible by phone and very accommodating.

Cons:

Church bells rang loudly every quarter hour throughout night, and some late night partying one night. I had to buy ear plugs. Kitchen rather sparsely equipped, if you want to prepare meals, but OK.
