La qualité du service rien à dire parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Par contre la propreté de la chambre moyenne. Le tapis est très sale, le toilette avec des traces jaunes, cheveux dans le lit...
Faites attention car l'hôtel est très loin de Marrakech, et il n'y a rien à faire dans cette ville. Il faut remonter à Marrakech à chaque fois presque 1h de trajet et le taxi coûte chère.
Franchement, c’est la première fois de ma vie que je vois un service d’hôtel aussi médiocre, sans bon accueil, et même la nourriture n’était pas bonne. J’avais réservé sur internet à un certain prix, et une fois sur place, on m’a donné un autre prix. Rien ne m’a plu du tout. Et je me suis même rappelé que je n’ai pas trouvé de place de parking et que j’ai dû laisser la voiture ailleurs.

I lived in Tahanaout for a year, and I loved going to the restaurant at Nzaha for my morning coffee and wifi. The staff there helped me feel like family and the coffee was always good, same with the food. So, I had high expectations for the stay.
I was quoted 950 dh for one of the rooms that I ended up getting for 550 dh. That was quite frustrating. Through Booking.com the hotel was 400 dh less than what the receptionist quoted me when I called. So, make that you're getting the best deal. Also, I would say that overall the hotel was a bit disappointing - maybe I had it built up too much based on my many lovely mornings at the restaurant, and the great staff. It just needs a bit of updating/sprucing up; like new rugs, etc. It seems a bit tired. Also, the shower was the average, barely functioning shower and that was a bummer. But, very quiet and pretty clean. One thing to note is that if you're walking around in the interior courtyard of the hotel at night, be very careful - it's very dimly lit and I almost crashed hard when I went to get some water at the store around the corner. It has the potential to be such a cool hotel and is so centrally located for trips and travel in the area. 950dh would've been too much for what it is, so don't pay that - trust me - I live here. Great breakfast though.
