The conditions of the room were not what we payed for.
1) When we arrived we explicitly asked if the hot water was working okey, and we were assured that it was. Therefore, we payed the stay, only to then realize that it didn't. No hot water at all to shower.
2) The room was supposed to have an oven, but it did not work at all (the answer of the sr in the reception was that they had forgotten to tell us that.
3) The swimming pool was completely dirty, making it unusable.
4) The Wifi did not work okey.
Having say all these points to the receptionist and to the owners, I was assured that I was going to have an economic compensation for the problems of the accommodation, but then they stop answering my messages and ignoring them.

A very cozy and inviting apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and just 10 minutes from the beach. The area offers plenty of things to do, but also provides a peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

The location and the size of the apartment that worked for our family. There was also decent parking.
There was no one to meet us at reception even though we arrived well before the check in hours ended. No one responded to our multiple attempts at communication to get someone to meet us and let us into our room. Even our communication with booking.com was terrible as their solution was to just cancel our booking! It was well over 2 hours before someone finally showed up! We had been traveling all day with young kids!
Then when we finally got into the room the microwave, fridge and coffee maker were all dirty. There were multiple pieces of dirty linens on the beds and there were dirty toilets .

The view from the Balcony and location was not bad.The Service was nice.
It's a little run down ...we lost water and the internet for a bit the bathroom is a bit smelly and the kitchen is missing stuff.
