Sehr schönes Zimmer, super zentral aber auch sehr laut.
Pros:

Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten und sehr zentral gelegen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage (Busse und Autos fahren direkt vor dem Haus vorbei) ist es natürlich auch sehr laut. Die Fenster sind sehr gut und schallisolierend. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sodass es schnell stickig wurde. Daher haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen - Fenster auf/ Fenster zu. Außerdem (dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts) ist aktuell direkt vor dem Haus eine Baustelle. Ab 7 Uhr haben dort die Arbeiten mit Presslufthammer begonnen.

Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage in Tübingen
Pros:

Das Appartment liegt super zentral direkt am Beginn der Fussgängerzone. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und die Betten waren gemütlich. Insofern alles wunderbar.

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage gibt es keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus.
Da das Haus an einer großen Straße liegt wo auch Busse fahren, waren diese sehr deutlich zu hören. Wir waren im Winter da und konnten die Fenster geschlossen halten, ich denke im Sommer wäre es schon sehr laut wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte.

Merece la pena
Pros:

Muy limpio, nuevo y práctico. Ubicación excepcional

Cons:

Cocina demasiado básica, no había luz, ni extractor y las sartenes se pegaban. Está pensado para lo básico, y no está mal, pero ya que existen las funciones, se espera que al menos esté mejor planteado.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage. Für 4 Personen super. Die Ausstattung in Küchenzeile für das Wochenende sehr gut. Bad 1A. Auch die Übergabe und das Ankommen hat gut geklappt. Habe dies zum ersten Mal praktiziert und es hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und es gab nichts Negatives zu beanstanden.

„Alles war hervorragend. Das Appartement war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox mit Code direkt neben der Haustür.“

Schönes Appartement in Top-Lage mit tollem Service und freundlichem Personal. Gerne mal wieder.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit, das Bett und die Bettcouch waren sehr bequem.
Handtücher etc. waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Es gab eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und Milch und Zucker.
Die Mitarbeiterin (danke fürs Koffer hochtragen) und der Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bei geschlossenem Fenster war der Straßenlärm ok.

Cons:

Ein bisschen negativ ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt.
Aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

I cannot recommend this place.
Pros:

The room is nicely furnished. The location is right in the city center. The stuff responds to calls within a short time period.

Cons:

It is too noisy!!! The Appartments are directly on the most frequented street in Tübingen. There are buses going every 1-2 minutes. Even with the windows closed I could not sleep. It was a disaster.
