Super Appartement !
Pros:

L'emplacement incroyable dans V-David, la grandeur du logement, la cuisinette moderne super bien équipé, le foyer, la facilité d'accéder au logement.
Le contact avec le propriétaire est excellent, nous avons eu la visite de Nicolas qui est venu le jour même pour notre problématique avec le téleviseur.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'accès au câble pour la télévision, même celui de base. Tout passe par des applications ! Même Nicolas n'as pas réussi à nous avoir l'accès à Radio-Canada et TVA, postes que nous écoutons principalement. Nous avons écouté nos émissions sur nos cellulaires...La prochaine fois, nous allons apporter notre laptop !
Petit ajout recommandé...un plus grand tapis à l'entrée pour l'hiver, pour éviter de salir le plancher.

A nice apartment for holiday.
Pros:

It's spacious. Very close to Metro grocery market.

Cons:

The sound proof is really poor. I understand why it requires a strict silence after 9pm. Unfortunately, in my last two days of stay. The people living upstairs seems wake up 4pm in the morning (probably jet lag?) and moving around in the room. I then cannot fall to sleep anymore .

Pros:

Appartement très agréable, d'une très grande superficie. Décoré avec goût. Cuisine incroyable avec tout le nécessaire. Buanderie dans l'appartement avec laveuse et sécheuse très appréciée.
Il est situé au cœur du village de Val David. Supermarché et restaurants à proximité. Voie cyclable en face de l'appartement.

Cons:

Quelques documentations sur les alentours pourraient être mises à disposition.

The facilities were just perfect, clean, quiet and situated close to essential services and activities. I recommend it as a great autumn destination since the forest is in full colours. A perfect destination for biking lovers
