Pros:

Többször voltunk már az épületben, csak másik apartmanlakásban, tudtuk, mire számíthatunk, nem volt meglepetés. Kényelmesek voltak az ágyak, a napi takarítás látszódik.Az epőszobaszekrény nagy, és van bemt a szobában több fiókos komód, és a franciaágy mellett kis éjjeliszekrény lámpával. Bár nem használtuk,de volt kávéfőző, mikró és vízforraló.A konyhában volt kis lámpa is. Felmosó a teraszon. Kint és bent is van kis szárító. Az erkélyen van üvegasztal és kettő összecsukható szék, amit akár be is lehet vinni, ha nem csak ketten szeretnének asztalhoz ülni a konyhában. Van szúnyogháló. A zuhanykabin nagyon szuper, mágneses. Van vendégkönyv, ami tetszett, de beleírni nem volt időnk sajnos, de szerettünk volna. Nagyon ízléses a lakás. A nevéhez hűen kálát ábrázoló képek voltak a falon és mű kálák vázában. Cukiba vendégváró lábtörlő. A klíma remekül működik.

Cons:

Padlószőnyeg van, ami nagyon kényes, azt nem tudja a vendég takarítani. 😔Erősen szennyezett volt. A konyhában van törött burkolat, az fel is jön sajnos, mezítláb baleseveszélyes. A kuka teteje koszos volt. Hiányoltam a kéztörlőt (vagy konyharuhát), seprűt és a lapátot. A fürdőszobai ventillátor nagyon hangos. A függönyök a széleken leestek, a sötétítő függönyök kicsik.

Ok, but has one big problem....heat
Pros:

Location of the apartment. It is located in a massive apartment complex with free pool and sauna. Shops and the main waterpark whitin 5min walking distance.

Having a balcony on the west side is great for a nice breakfast in the shade, but it looks over the inner courtyard and other people's balconies.

10min away the entertainment park is good with live music and food stalls. In August there is a fair as well including dodgem and spinning stuff😁

Free parking under solar canopy was a nice surprise, kept the car cool and make electricity for the complex, good idea.

Electric vehicle charger isn't available on site but there is 2-22kw one available not far, for extra cost (330ft/kwh at 16-08-2024), 25km away there is 12 Tesla supercharger and 4 Ionity 350kw at a restaurant Hotel.

Cons:

Well, it is in need of a refurbishment. Mattress is ready for a new one, feels worn, but not horrible, and very good size.

Everything looks clean at first but if you look closer you can see loads of stains (big ones) on the carpet, the bed linen had spots on it and was fitted inside out, mattress protector had a big stain mark under the linen, we also found hair, here and there.

The carpet is an office style hard wearing one but still was very dusty, even after hoovering it.

The bathroom has no cabinet whatsoever so your stuff will sit on the narrow ledge front of the mirror.

The shower cabinet is quite small and the tap takes away about 25cm so you are constantly elbowing it and adjusting the temperature. There is no shower gel holder or a corner shelf only a soap tray..

The kitchen is ok but the fridge is very weak and didn't cool our food as cold as we are used to. The freezer was adequate for ice cubes and a box of ice cream.

Now my biggest problem was the heat, the apartment has a central cooling system fitted but it couldn't deal with the outside temperature if it rose above 28C, on our last few days there was 35-38C outside and about 28-30 inside, the air coming in from the "AC" didn't feel cold at all.

There is no shuttering fitted (very popular to have these in Hungary) to the balcony door and windows, and it is facing West so you'll get blasted with sun all afternoon heating the apartment up a lot. Also mosquito net was only fitted on the kitchen window so fresh air was very limited, once the sun went away. The balcony is unusable in the afternoon because there is no cover over it, no parasol or awning is fitted.

Perfect for up to 2 adults and 2 kids. Very nice interior design. Would come back for more days
Pros:

Nicely designed interior, goes beyond the usual functional setup. Part of a larger apartment complex with shared swimming pool. Great location, near restaurants and the baths.
