The experience was just okay. After a five-hour journey from Jeddah, we arrived at 1 AM to find the Muslim shower had low water pressure. Despite complaining and waiting for 30 minutes, we were only offered their personal washroom opposite our room. The issue was fixed the next day. Overall, a passable stay.

Parking was always full in front of the hotel. The hotel location is a bit difficult to find.
Pros:

Room was spacious, and an extra mattress with a pillow and blanket was also provided at the same cost. Reception staff was also cooperative.

Cons:

Parking and hotel location were not easy to find. TV was not working. Overall, it is far away from Masjid Nabvi. It's almost 20 mins drive due to traffic.
