The location was great and self check in was smooth
Things in the apartment could have been cleaner but overall a very nice stay
The views off the city were amazing, the location was perfect
This place is a scam, please don’t make a mistake and book here.

Wasn't able to stay no contact with owner to tell how to check in when we eventually did have contact we allready had to book another hotel tbc
They said it was because I didnt send deposit but i did and they sent it back then they said they explained it all but they didnt and I have proof of it do not stay here scam
View of the city is amazing, cozy property and plenty of space especially since I was alone.
Price was incredible for a central location
Only downside was having to collect the key from a lockbox, however it is only 10 minute walk from the property so it is manageable.
The guy tried to scam me for money neither did i receive a full refund
Wasnt aloud in
Closeness to new st station(right beside it), clean, modern, has everything needed for a very plesent stay
Disgusting, filthy dirty property the host had no manners of respect also being prejudice, racist and those being sexist
Wheels only the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had in my life I advised anyone to stay away from that property
Nothing: I was asked for £250 "deposit" for a £109 single night booking. The deposit is buried on an info page and is probably against booking.com's terms of service.
£250 deposit demanded by host. I had to stay at a Travel Lodge instead. If you're reading this, save yourself some trouble and book something else, the host's "business" practices are predatory and scammy.
Really clean and veiw is fantatsic for people watching.
A little more hot water needed in the morning.
The owner was very kind and happy to communicate and solve any issues.
Had refund back no problems.
Bed & pillows was very uncomfortable, only luke warm water in the mornings.

I was able to extend my stay, but this was only because nobody had booked to stay there.
A £250 deposit was required which I only discovered after booking. This was not made clear on the main page and was listed in the small print. I also booked last minute for 2 nights at 11.45pm as it stated (self checkin) but as I arrived at 12.15 midnight, the owner would not answer her phone and left me stranded, leaving me to pay extra for another hotel.
The next day I paid the deposit which I felt very uncomfortable about, and the owner said they wouldn't normally allow me to check in on the 2nd night but they will on this occasion, that felt odd as I had paid for my stay, but I went along with it anyway as I needed the apartment to stay.
They took £65 out of my deposit for alleged stained sheets. I told them I will not accept this as this shouldn't fall into the damage deposit, however they still took it anyway.
From seeing previous reviews it seems they take what they want from the deposit, they are a con.
I left the apartment clean and tidy but they still found a reason to take £65. This property needs taking down from booking.com I will be making a formal complaint.
The photos I have uploaded are at the end of the stay to evidence how clean and tidy I left it. I stripped the beds to help the staff, took trash out, and cleaned the apartment. (I did this because I am respectful and I knew they may take from my deposit for the smallest issue)
