Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The owner met us and made sure our needs were met. She introduced us to everyone as we arrived and ran us through the facilities. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Terrible value for money.
Pros:

Aircon in the room and wifi

Cons:

Nobody let us know that the restaurant would be closed so we didn't not plan meals for the day. Bar was also closed so we could not make use of what looks like a nice outdoor place to chill.

Shower was not very clean and shower head was awful. Mattress was worn and felt like you were sleeping downhill. Lightbulb missing from the one light, curtain not hooked all the way and bathroom sink leaked.

Terrible value for money.

I was disappointed to say the least.
Pros:

Nothing really - the stench in the unit was totally disgusting. It smelt like rotting wood.

Cons:

I left the same night already. There was no way I could possibly stay in that place that stank to high heaven. The damp smell was so overwhelming my lung condition immediately started playing up. I was forced to leave and find somewhere else to stay.
I literally only made a cup of coffee, showered, got dressed and then my Sister in law picked me up. What will it cost for
The shower? I’m going to have to give the same feedback to Booking.com

A peaceful retreat filled with charm, comfort, and unforgettable hospitality.
Pros:

A Hidden Gem of Tranquillity: Sakabula Country Lodge

Sakabula Country Lodge is truly a haven of peace and charm, nestled amid serene nature and soothing sounds of the countryside. It’s not just a lodge; it’s a romantic escape and the perfect setting for a dream country wedding. The quaint wedding chapel exudes intimacy, while the spacious marquee offers limitless possibilities for creating a personalised celebration with your choice of caterers, décor, flowers, and more.

The property’s security is exceptional, with electric fencing, CCTV, and controlled access providing guests with complete peace of mind. Undercover parking is a thoughtful touch, ensuring convenience for all visitors.

Beyond its practicality, Sakabula captivates with its enchanting atmosphere, surrounded by lush trees and the calming embrace of nature. Whether for a wedding or a relaxing getaway, this lodge is an absolute gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an idyllic retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was perfect. The only 'complaint' I have is that I was travelling alone for business. This is the kind of place that deserves to be shared with loved ones—if my wife had been with me, it would have made the experience even more special.
