Pros:

The unit itself was quite nice and well decorated. A wonderful location.

Cons:

All 3 bathrooms have pedestal sinks with no place to put your toiletries. There is NO soundproofing between the floors. We could hear EVERYTHING from the unit above, even them zipping/unzipping their luggage. The "noise policy" was useless. If you are a light sleeper, DO NOT stay in a main level unit!!

We enjoyed our time in Charleston. Should have payed more attention to the layout before renting.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The barn doors and the bath sink being in the hallway. Created a lack of privacy that was unexpected.

Beautiful property in great location in downtown Charleston
Pros:

Staff and location was excellent. Staff was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and inquiries

Cons:

Price was higher than other properties we looked at. The patio suite we stayed in was VERY small

Didn't hate it, but wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Room was nicely decorated. Surprised to find the mini-kitchenette, which we used a lot.

Cons:

Room was the garden room and spiral stairs were difficult with suitcases. Concrete floor was cold, not clean and only rug (also dirty), was mostly under the bed. Not enough light above bathroom sink for shaving and makeup. Not thrilled by all the noise in the morning of the restraurant next door, prepping food and employees talking.

I’ve never met a staff that was so kind and thanked us for staying with them.
Pros:

We loved everything about the Charlestonian. We had an apartment. It is stocked with everything, including our morning, coffee so adorable and all the comforts of home.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect

Pros:

Upscale sheets, linens , bed, furnishings. Liked cloth napkins, lots of good looking and comfortable furniture.

Cons:

I added on a night and thought the charge was more than I expected.

Wonderful. Would stay again!
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved the location as well! So nice the apartment had three bedrooms each with their own bedrooms.

Cons:

The cleaner missed some used bandaids stuck to the throw blanket on my bed. Otherwise the house was spotless.
