Location was good. Rooms, decoration, all room, kitchen facilities was good. The Host was very kind and helpful.

Upstairs neighbours, making too much noise. This place needs sound insulation. Some fabric needs to be installed under the chairs, desks etc. As people use them too much noise...

πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμόνή στο Κισινάου

ειναι σε υπεροχη τοποθεσία. αρκετα κοντα στο κέντρο, πας ανετα με τα πόδια
πολυ μεγαλο διαμέρισμα, πολυ καθαρό και πολύ ζεστό.

Pros:

The location is well positioned, close to the center, shops, restaurants. Clean apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen. I had a stress when, on the day of arrival, at the airport I was announced that my accommodation was canceled. But the owner was very nice and did not leave us on the street at night... offering a room.

Pros:

Beautiful apartment, taxi was organised with owner prior to arrival so getting there from airport was easy. Communication with management prompt and informative. Apartment very well equipped and perfectly clean.

Хорошая кровать. Быстрый интернет. Есть стиральная машина. Есть кофемашина в общем доступе, чай, конфеты. Достаточно быстро от центра, тихая улица, в 10 минутах ходьбы есть хороший продовольственный магазин. Комфортное заселение и выселение.

Cons:

Маловато посуды. Хотелось бы получше звукоизоляцию. Чувствуется запах сигарет с балконов соседей. Хотелось бы минимальный набор продуктов: соль, специи.

Apartment top, Betreuung schwierig.
Pros:

Viel Platz, gutes, grosses Bad. Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage im Zentrum. Freie Parkplätze an der Straße.

Cons:

Check-In war für uns chaotisch. Wir standen vor dem Gebäude. Keine Vorab-Beschreibung via Email mit einer Basis-Anleitung wie sonst üblich. Auch, dass man die Schlüssel Karte in eine Box, versteckt unter einem Telefonkabel von unten einstecken muss, um Strom und Licht zu bekommen. Haben für nachfolgende Gäste um eine vorab Anleitung per Mail gebeten. Mal schauen...

delightful !! ideal for 1-2 people for short stays
Pros:

Very!! Modern and clean apartment, electronic key, new appliances and cabinets. Hair dryer, wifi, shower, lights, bathroom, air conditioning, etc all worked well. Nice bed and sheets!

Very good communication!

Cons:

Apartment did not have a separate living room, just a small table in the kitchen, e.g. no place to relax in the apartment besides the bed.

Minor ways to improve: kitchen is very minimal - add more silverware, dishes, cups. Provide basic spices. Provide soap for laundry and clean sponge for kitchen sink. Shower could use a shelf to hold soap. (These are not complaints!! Just ways to do even better!!)
