Room and bathroom cleaning (daily or weekly) is available upon request and at an additional cost. Kitchen should be left clean by the guests at the end of the stay.

Only 1 small dog (max 5kg) is allowed in each apartment, on request. Only ground-floor apartments can host a dog. A final cleaning charge is required if dogs are staying.

On-site parking is only available for cars. Vans and larger vehicles cannot be parked on the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Krásné místo pro rodiny s dětmi
Pros:

Snídaně byla úžasná!!!! Personál i majitelé velmi vstřícní a milí.
Areál krásný, čistý, klidný a velmi dobře sportovně vybavený!!!

Cons:

Jen půjčování kol v tak hrozném stavu za 5 euro jedno, bylo zvláštní… chodili jsme raději pěšky i když to bylo skoro 3/4 km, a to s malými dětmi a výbavou na pláž není příliš ideální…

Soggiorno molto rilassante consiglio vivamente questo residance è davvero strepitoso
Pros:

La struttura è eccezionale anche se non vicinissima al mare offre comunque noleggio di bici, oppure se vuoi farti due passi e ‘ comunque facile da raggiungere, se invece vuoi rimanere comunque all’ interno della struttura trovi piscina anche idromassaggio e un sacco di servizi che ti fanno trascorrere molto bene le giornate

Pros:

Residence molto bello, staff super cordiale e disponibile! Appartamento con grandi dimensioni e dotato di ogni comfort. Spazi esterni verdi ben curati adatti a famiglie con bambini.

Ok, aber Preis-Leistung passt nicht

Das Personal war sehr freundlich; die Anlage war sehr sauber; das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl; sehr hundefreundlich

Cons:

Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind nur ein großes Zimmer, das durch eine halbe Wand getrennt ist; der Holzsteg neben dem Spielplatz muss dringend renoviert werden, wir haben uns mehrere Schiefer eingezogen; die Gärten sind nicht abgetrennt, dadurch kann man den Hund nicht unbeaufsichtigt im Garten lassen
Ok, es waren Sommerferien, aber für 300€ pro Nacht erwarte ich mir deutlich mehr

Overall, a lovely place and great value for money. The staff was very sweet and helpful too
Pros:

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment, with a nice patio facing the garden.
The residence grounds are very well maintained and the 3 pools are great. Great to also have tennis/ basketball court - there’s always something to do.
Only a short walk from the beach and Duna Verde’s center.

Cons:

The tv in our apartment was placed in an awkward spot and it only captured a few channels. Apart from breakfast time, the pool bar didn’t have clear opening times and was often closed in the afternoon until later, which was a shame as we’d loved a drink by the pool.

Pros:

Die Pools und die Ppoolbar waren super. Pools wurden täglich gereinigt und das Personal der Poolbar war total freundlich und hat uns jeden Getränkewunsch erfüllt.
