Estaba muy nuevo y agradable.

Cons:

Creo que si no lo cuidan acabará viejo muy pronto.
Llovió mucho cuando estuvimos y el agua entraba a la habitación.
Considero que para lo que se paga se debería de dar la opción de cambiar toallas y sábanas a diario.

Es un lugar con unas vistas muy lindas, es tal cual las fotos. Un lugar recomendable y que sin dudas volvería.

Wonderful stuff, beautiful property with too many issues

The Stuff was so friendly, so amaizing-- they went out of their way to make sure we were welcome and to help out with any of the issues that we had

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property itself was pretty horrible. I am not sure it's the property fault or if it was Chalten's issue. On the pictures it looked so gorgeous, but we encountered a series of the issues:
1) Right after we checked in and were admitted in the apartments, i have noticed a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I think there was a mold issue there-- the window was liking rain the whole time. Husband said there's sewage and draining issues in El Chalten. I could only breath through the mouth in the bathroom and tried to spend as little time as possible in there
2) We had issues with the heating and WiFi there-- it was very cold and even after the stuff came and tried to turn on the heaters, the property was freezing by the end of our stay ( it was quite toasty when we came in, so it seems it shut down). There was almost no Internet at night ( over usage by all the people on the property and the size of the broadband?), plus there was a power shutdown one night, we didn't have electricity for a couple hours, but, again, it might of been a city problem
3) The refrigerator smelled awful, again, i suspected mold problem.
4) We were informed that we will have complementary breakfast every morning, but were served stale bread with dulce de leche one morning and nothing for the following 2 days because they ran out of bread. Not great loss, but still..
5) Children slept on the second floor and were complaining about mice/rat noises. One night my son discovered what he thought was rat poop in his bed and refused to sleep there any more.

Perfect
Pros:

We had a great stay , great location , very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. The complimentary breakfast items were a very nice touch. Could not fault it.

Нам все понравилось. Добрый и отзывчивый администратор. Номера очень чистые.
Плохо был прикручен кран на кухне, но это мелочи. В целом номер соответствовал всем ожиданиям. Нам было очень комфортно провести там время. Местоположение отличное.

Nice place to spend some time in Chalten - would stay again.
Pros:

Desk staff was energetic, helpful and friendly (also good/adequate English skills, which was useful). Facility was very nice, fairly new, cleaned daily, comfortable and very complete (kitchenette) for short/longer stays.
Location was very convenient to the bus station, groceries, restaurants and most everything (small town).
Quality of property seemed to probably be above average.

Cons:

A few items could use maintenance (like bath hangers) - this is a higher-price stay in Chalten and most guests probably expect some attention to even these small things.
The supplied breakfast was good but could use a little variety after some days (different fruit, or bread?).

Great place to stay, really enjoyed and would stay again at NB Mountain Apartments stay.
Pros:

Room was a hood size, loved the kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, toaster and cook top. Loved the breakfast box if you needed one.

Cons:

Noisy at times. The kitchen window needs a blind to stop outside light at night.
