Some thoughtful and helpful property management would make a big difference
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Property management was unhelpful and tight as a cats proverbial, ammenities were scantly provided, one dishwasher tab, one garbage bag, no tissues, no basic kitchen supplies provided ie paper towel,cooking oil, no Alfoil or salt and pepper, refused to make single beds into a double bed or provide linen to do so.

Very relaxing away from the hustle & bustle of the Gold Coast
Pros:

Right on the beach with a great view, the property also has a swimming pool. A short walk to the lifesavers at Tugun for a swim or to shops & restaurants.

After coming here for over 30 years we will be back again!

Absolutely everything! Great location, roof top hot tub had great views and unit was so comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location on the beach was great

Cons:

Was very noisy with it obviously being the flight path for the airport.
No aircon and no fans in the living areas which made it uncomfortable on hot days.

Awesome location but needs work.
Pros:

Location & view were amazing!!

Cons:

Interior furniture, fixtures & homewares were outdated. Had to buy my own toilet paper. 👎 The rubbish chute was ridiculously small & no general garbage bins in the car park/garage, just recycling. Would be nice to have a way to get to the pool that was not through the garage. Layout of the whole building was somewhat limiting, including access to reception.
