Overall my stay was very memorable and comfortable made possible by a cosy apartment.
Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable and suited my needs. I felt like it was home for the few days whilst visiting the Gold Coast. The apartment had all the amenities i needed and enjoyed the use of the pool and gym. Convenience was key as access to the tram, beach, all shops and bars etc was second to none. Travelling further afield to neighbouring places was as comfortable using public transport and uber. The complex was very peaceful with no noise and disturbance. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Cons:

The apartment was very basic. Would have appreciated maybe some detergents and basic supplies of maybe bottled water in the fridge.

Apartment is spacious and offers a gorgeous view.
Pros:

Very spacious and great location.

Cons:

Carpet and curtains are badly stained and needs replacing. Shower hose in master bedroom leaks and the basin did not drain water (this was fixed when reported). Dishwasher did not clean properly.

An enjoyable experience
Pros:

Location perfect

Cons:

The blinds in lounge didn’t work nor did the massage chair so very limited lounge furniture. The blind was fixed the day we bought it to Tony’s attention which we were pleased about. Made a huge difference to the comfort levels

The room needs to be deep cleaned, and nobody wants to use blankets that other people have used.
Pros:

Location was good for work

Cons:

The room felt dirty and not cleaned properly, cutlery was greasy the kitchen cupboards were greasy, the couch l never used as it looks dirty and old. ,long black hair found in the bathroom and l have blonde hair !
