A lovely apartment. Well appointed and great location.
Pros:

The apartment was lovely. Just right for our event. We were at a conference, so it was three professionals sharing.

Cons:

It would have been better if there was airconditioning. It had fans, and was open to a lovely ocean breeze. It was cool enough for sleeping, but in the really hot days might have been better with aircon.

Pros:

The location is superb close to all main restaurants, pubs, surf clubs or bowling club for meals. Opposite to the beach and close to all main burliegh streets shopping precinct.
The unit we had was extremely well sized with a great new kitchen however the bathrooms were still not renovated.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. I was unaware that this would be the case and was disappointed with that.
Reception not open all the time.

Beautiful, relaxing and perfect!
Pros:

Location! Right across the street from the beach and everything that offers and close to amenities. Restaurants, cafes, esplanade for walking / exercising all very close. Sunday markets were great too.

Cons:

We didn’t have anything we didn’t like as it suited us just fine but if you are looking for a ‘newly renovated’ apartment - this isn’t it. It was perfect for our family heading to the beach and pool every day and doing various day trips whilst staying in Burleigh.
